29/12/2024: Lunch on a Saturday during the holidays. Despite the people we arrived around 1pm...just in time because the place then filled up! And now I understand why 🤤
Homemade starter, super abundant and full of every Apulian whim, delicious and very varied. First course of cicatielli for my husband and orecchiette with turnips for me!
Even though I was very full my throat couldn't give up so I ate everything and more and left satisfied and full as a pig.
P. S. If you can eat the second course too, you are unique 😅

30/12/2024: Quiet restaurant, on the edge of the confusion of Alberobello. We took the house menu, the first was excellent, the second was sufficient, but the value for money was perfect. Courtesy and cleanliness reign, highly recommended.

Very nice and clean restaurant. The rooms in the trullo are typical, well preserved and with good space between the tables.
The only flaw is the appetizer which is served not all together, but one part at a time and it takes too long! After 1 hour and 15 minutes everything had not yet been served and in the end we gave up on the last dishes (3 slices of cheese and 2 of cured meats, a burrata, a small pizza and a piece of parmigiana in 1h and 30min) in my case, as a tourist, I wasn't in a hurry but it still felt like too long.
Right portions and good flavors!
Little choice for vegetarians.
However I recommend it!

I often go to Alberobello and if I stop for lunch or dinner I certainly do it at Olmo Bello.
The food is delicious, the options varied, you can eat both inside and outside.
The price is always right and when you leave the table you are always satisfied.

18/08/2024: Sono arrivato sempre tramite tripppp, ci ha accolti una ragazza molto professionale e preparata, avevamo pensato di prenotare ed abbiamo fatto bene perché il posto è veramente gettonatissimo... Abbiamo preso due meravigliosi antipasri es una pinza smezzatq a due gusti.... Tutto molto buono, materie prime di qualità lavorate bene, piatti curati eeavamo di passaggio ma ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo clienti storici. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Starconsigliato

04/08/2024: My family and I went to this restaurant twice within a week as we were so impressed the first time. Although the service between courses was a bit slow the food was exceptional, especially the fillet steak. Absolutely recommend it!
01/08/2024: Purtroppo devo mettere una stella in quanto ho prenotato questo ristorante per un pranzo, in quanto sembrava molto bello.
Quando siamo arrivati, il cancello era chiuso e non c’era neanche una segnaletica per sapere come entrare.
Abbiamo provato a contattare più volte ai numeri segnati ma senza risposta.
Purtroppo siamo dovuti andare via e cancellare la prenotazione…
A mio parere, non è modo di gestire.

03/12/2024: Unfortunately we had a bad experience in this place. They placed us in a narrow corridor near the kitchen where all the smells and fumes from the food came out in fact there was a continuous fog. After a good hour of waiting the first one arrived who was supposed to be the flagship of the area, typical dish orecchiette with turnip tops
Extremely badly cooked dish, arrived cold, tasteless and with missing ingredients... even though we clearly showed our disappointment, no one came to ask us if everything was ok... we basically paid 30 euros each for a plate of pasta ONLY a first course and a drink, chips the children's dippers were disgusting to say the least, they were too hard and crunchy and soaked in oil...in short we were very disappointed and we are sorry but we do not recommend this place.
03/12/2024: Avoid, avoid, avoid... never had such a bad meal!

09/07/2024: Food was ok - not amazing, just fine, whatever but we were hungry, so we ate.
The service
- Wow! The service was incredibly poor. We queued in front of the door and waited to be seated. The person who came to greet us rolled our eyes because we debated for 10 seconds if we wanted to sit indoors or outdoors.
- We then waited for ages to be served. People just running around but not sure what they were doing. There was a big table seated and most servers seem to specifically be serving them.
- We didn't wait that long for our food once we ordered. However, we'd ordered some sauces and olive oil, but it didn't come at all. So, I walked over to the area where they kept their olive oil and was about to grab a bottle and take it when one of the servers (an older man) approached me and rudely asked me not to touch their stuff. But I wouldn't have needed to if we'd been served in the first place.
After all this, they charged us cover charge per person which was insane to me! COVER CHARGE FOR WHAT? Non-existent service?
Absolutely dreadful place, so avoid if you can.

21/07/2024: Senza dilungarmi troppo non si puo attendere 2 ore per mangiare io 1 piatto di pasta con funghi e olive e un insalata, mio marito antipasto e 2 rotolini di carne... In piu al momento del conto non dettagliato un surplus non giustificato.. Mi sono resa conto in macchina e non siamo tornati indietro... Anche no!
