07/01/2025: Si te gusta la pizza bien. La fondue de 22 euros es ordenada diminuta y una broma. Los postres son muy caros y básicos para lo que son. Por cerca de 100 euros para 3 personas hay lugares más elegantes y mejores que esta basura sobrepreciosa

06/01/2025: Very welcoming place with excellent mountain atmosphere. The meat is good and the pizzas too. The staff were friendly and very polite even though the restaurant was full and therefore management was certainly not easy. Advised !
05/01/2025: Be careful to ask carefully for the ingredients on the menu: pork tomhawk (unspecified) and not beef, hot pie which however arrives lukewarm, almost cold.
The tagliatelle with game ragù are the only thing that survives, it's a shame that the portion is small.
Service no, fast but surely the waitress could have avoided answering "but he even ate it with his hands" when we expressed doubts about the description of the food

14/11/2024: Ben la seconda volta sono ritornata in questo ristorante sentendoci a casa . Accoglienza accurata e servizio gentil ed è solare .
Le pietanze consigliate veramente ottime accompagnate da un ottimo vino.
20/10/2024: Piatti preparati espresso e nulla di riscaldato e preparato in anticipo. Piatti semplici ma Buoni. Personale cordiale.

09/05/2024: triplex is my favourite place on the mountain. the restaurant has a certain charm to it, which is also helped by the incredibly friendly staff. Peppe, alessio & Salvatore are the best, and I always have a good time when visiting triplex, and always more than enough white wine (some have said too much) 😉 the decking out front is also the perfect place to enjoy the aforementioned white wine, and is the perfect place to get a tan and keep watch for any Italian snowboard instructors 😮 also it must be said that alessio cooks up a very very special carbonara 👀 much love to triplex and see u next season, love from ella, jams & Steph xxxxx
29/03/2024: I have read some of the negative reviews on this and they are miles off. Our experienced ski group found this restaurant and came back every day of our week skiing. It ranks as one of the best on piste restaurants we have gone to over decades of skiing all around Europe. The menu may be Italian standard but the execution is not. The game Ragu is just delicious as are the other pasta dishes. The pizzas are beautifully cooked and proportioned. This place gets hundreds of people through it's doors every lunch time (best to get there after 1pm) so to get this excellent quality is incredibly hard. If you are skiing Sauze, go here for lunch. Every day. It's that simple. Bravo!

31/12/2024: Visitado en nuestro camino de regreso a nuestro hotel todos los días para una bebida de esquí apres descarada!
Sirven IPA adecuado que era difícil de encontrar, y la pizza gratis mientras bebes es un gran gesto!
También cenamos aquí en dos ocasiones, pasta y hamburguesas eran agradables, pero las pizzas eran increíbles.
Personal muy atento y amable que se tomó el tiempo para recordar nuestro pedido en la segunda vez que visitamos!
Vale la pena reservar una mesa si vas más tarde k la noche, ya que siempre está ocupado, especialmente si hay fútbol encendido.
