24/05/2025: I ate the mussels with pepper, the burrata and asparagus tortellini, the tagliolini with gold sauce, the fillet with Gorgonzola fondue and Barolo reduction, the berry tiramisu and it was all DELICIOUS. Beautiful authentic flavors because the raw materials are obviously of quality, perfectly balanced, the food melts in your mouth. The staff was impeccable from every point of view, the place is clean and welcoming! It was a really nice surprise because from the outside you wouldn't say so, I definitely recommend it and I will definitely be back! 🥰

I have been a customer of the Primavera restaurant for over 36 years and I can say that I have recommended this place a thousand times to everyone who asked me for advice on how to eat good food in an elegant but family-run restaurant.
A restaurant that remains anchored to tradition, but that knows how to keep up with modern times.
The restaurant is family-run: the owners are Gianni and Cinzia, with their daughter Annagiulia who welcome you with a smile and kindness that... makes you hungry!
Let's start with the fish: few places can boast such quality!
The appetizers, whether refined or simple, offer the flavor of the sea, fresh as if we were on the beach and the fishermen had just delivered the catch of the day.
The first courses are a triumph of flavor and the spaghetti al cartoccio delight the eyes when a swan of rolled up foil is delivered to the table. The second courses are my favorites, especially the sea bass or the baked sea bream with vegetables.
But lingering over the menu for a few minutes offers the possibility of always finding some new and interesting dish.
The mixed fried fish is an excellence of the restaurant, almost a business card...
Meat: a must try! The typical traditional dishes are accompanied by more original recipes, my preference goes to the albese among the appetizers and the tagliata among the main courses: they never disappoint and have a softness that seems like a caress brought to the palate.
The pizza is very light in the dough, thin and very digestible, I have always liked it and it is typical of this restaurant: I don't think I have found a similar preparation elsewhere.
It is definitely an experience to do!
Very sweet ending: for those who want to end with a little sugar, Cinzia, the owner, prepares every day a whole showcase of beautiful and captivating desserts that welcomes you at the entrance and from the very beginning your eyes are enraptured. You have just entered but you already know that you will not be able to finish dinner without having tried at least one and loving it to the last teaspoon, you will find peace of mind!
Wines: a good selection, with some really special labels; if you are not sure ask Gianni for advice, even after so many years he knows how to surprise me with an unusual but elegant bottle, the result of his continuous search for excellence. In short: it is a place to return to as soon as possible!
