We had a fantastic meal at Royal Cusine Restaurant and Pizzeria in Bardonecchia. The menu offers much more than just pizza, with some really well thought-out Italian dishes.
I had the braised pork cheek and it was absolutely lovely — beautifully tender and full of flavour. You could tell it had been slow-cooked properly.
The staff were genuinely friendly and spoke multiple languages, which made everything easy and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxed and the prices felt fair for the quality of the food.
Would definitely return and happily recommend.

06/03/2026: A very simple yet welcoming place where you can eat simple yet truly tasty and well-prepared dishes. The pizza, in particular, was very good, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommended.

31/08/2025: We arrived and were seated immediately. There was a wait of at least 10 minutes for the menu. We ordered, and waited 35 minutes for two beers. We even asked for our request, and the waiter and his colleague shrugged their shoulders at our request. The pizza was okay, but with low-quality ingredients, and above all, not local. I ordered a pizza with toma cheese, which wasn't available, but they didn't say anything to me. Not recommended.
28/08/2025: Today we ate fabulous pizzas, excellent first courses and side dishes. Excellent service.

21/01/2026: Super delicious and super well priced! We showed up unannounced with 14 people and they got to work right away making all our pizzas! They were super nice and friendly and didn't hesitate to start up a conversation with us! The pizza was really tasty and they had them out super quick! 10/10 will go again!

10/03/2026: I've been returning for several years with pleasure. The food is excellent, the quality is high and has remained unchanged, and the value for money is excellent. Thanks to the owner and all the staff. The desserts are excellent.

27/08/2025: The pizzas are good, and we often return when we're in Bardonecchia. It's a shame the waitresses are always annoyed and uninterested.
