22/09/2025: The pizzeria is truly lovely: it's located in the center of Melezet, right near the church. The interior is decorated in a rustic mountain style, a warm, welcoming, and intimate atmosphere that I find particularly romantic. Perhaps it's because the warm lighting at night creates a very evocative atmosphere.
We had the pizza, which we loved: good, tasty, and with a distinctive flavor reminiscent of the mountains. Perhaps it's also due to the water, which is truly excellent here.
The owner is a friendly, kind, and always available person—he always has been. I've been there often over the past few summers and continue to happily return, partly for convenience and partly because I really like the pizza. The prices are truly reasonable.
The only thing to consider is the opening hours: they don't have consistent opening hours year-round, so it's always best to call ahead. In the summer, however, reservations are often necessary because of high demand.

07/10/2025: I've eaten at Waikiki countless times, both for lunch and dinner, as a couple or with friends, and I've always had a great time. I've tried various dishes, and the quality is always high. There's plenty of outdoor seating. Inside, there's a covered terrace with a lovely upstairs dining area.
The menu is well-designed: there are various options, but not too many, which ensures that every dish arrives fresh and carefully prepared. Good pizza, tasty meat dishes, and truly delicious desserts. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is always friendly, and the location, right in Melezet, is perfect after a day in the snow or a hike at high altitude. During busy periods, especially in summer, there may be delays, but with a view like this, it's even nice to wait a little longer. I usually make a reservation.
A place I always love to return to: recommended.

12/10/2025: A very welcoming restaurant just steps from the Bardonecchia station.
On weekends, you can also have pizza for lunch, and the prices are reasonable.
I recommend it.
10/10/2025: This place was a great find). I enjoyed it so much that I came here twice. The polenta with ragu di cervo was great, but the pizza was excellent too

31/08/2025: We arrived and were seated immediately. There was a wait of at least 10 minutes for the menu. We ordered, and waited 35 minutes for two beers. We even asked for our request, and the waiter and his colleague shrugged their shoulders at our request. The pizza was okay, but with low-quality ingredients, and above all, not local. I ordered a pizza with toma cheese, which wasn't available, but they didn't say anything to me. Not recommended.
28/08/2025: Today we ate fabulous pizzas, excellent first courses and side dishes. Excellent service.

Nice atmosphere.
27/10/2025: This is the second time we've had lunch at La Filanda as a family, with young children. The pizzas are very good, quite inexpensive, and made with quality ingredients. The staff is friendly and efficient. The service is fast, but not rushed. Even though we only spoke French, we were very well received!
We'll be back!

27/08/2025: The pizzas are good, and we often return when we're in Bardonecchia. It's a shame the waitresses are always annoyed and uninterested.
