09/09/2025: It's become a ritual for us to spend a couple of hours in this enchanting place!!! Where you can fully breathe in the history of Saluzzo, where you'll find attention to every detail, a menu and staff of the highest caliber. The wine cellar, what can I say... Devastating!!!! We always return whenever we can with great enthusiasm.

14/09/2025: We went here for dinner for pizza.
The place is very well-kept, pleasant, and thoughtfully decorated.
The space between the tables is carefully sized so as not to feel like you're part of another family or couple, which is uncommon in this "let's use every inch to squeeze in tables" era.
Thin-crust pizza, for those who love it (my wife and I prefer Neapolitan-style, though), with excellent ingredients.
Light, flaky, easily digestible.
The service was courteous, quick, and organized.
In short, everything was great—well done!
Personally, pizza without a crust isn't exactly what we look for when we go out for dinner.
07/09/2025: Beautiful and spacious restaurant, completely renovated in a modern style, with tables on two levels and an outdoor area.
Average pizza.
A shame about the medium beer, listed as 50cl on the menu but served in 40cl, and about the dinner shifts, which are very much like a company cafeteria. The service was a bit slow.

20/07/2025: Quality ingredients, nice place, but an hour and a half wait for a salad on a Sunday lunch is inexcusable. They offered fries to pass the time, but then charged for them...not correct.

Come on in, it's very good.

05/04/2025: La pizzeria si trova nel pieno centro di Saluzzo, dove in estate dispone di un fantastico deore all'aperto mentre in inverno, il locale all'interno è molto carino e ben arredato ma non molto grande, conviene sempre prenotare per non rischiare di non trovare posto.
Il menu offre svariate tipologie di pizze, dai gusti più classici ai più gourmet.
Ne fanno da padrona le molteplici tipologie di pasta sulla quale vengono condite le pizze, dalla più morbida fino ad arrivare alla croccante.
Per chi ama la pizza, e vuole provare ogni sfaccettatura di essa, questo è il locale che fa per lui.
Leggermente alto il rapporto qualità/prezzo, ma giustificato dall'eccellente materia prima utilizzata e soprattutto dalle svariate lavorazioni presenti alle spalle di ogni pizza.
22/02/2025: Con la precedente gestione il menù degustazione prevedeva una birra, o altra bevanda, tre assaggi di pizze con impasto diversi, ed infine un dessert.
Memori di queste esperienze abbiamo preso nuovamente il menù degustazione convinti che la formula fosse la stessa, ed invece, con grande stupore, esso comprendeva solamente i tre assaggi e il prezzo era aumentato di due euro! Il prezzo richiesto è assolutamente ingiustificato rispetto a quel che offre il menù ed inoltre al momento del pagamento a fronte di un totale importante non mi hanno nemmeno scontato i 50centesimi eccedenti. Incredibile!!

15/02/2025: Locale eccezionale.Cortesia ef eccezionale accoglienza sia per me e la moglie disabile e i nostri due barboncini al seguito.
Trattati 'meglio ' di noi con una meravigliosa ciotola d'acqua e un cabarettino a testa di prosciutto e altri affettati.
Pizza eccezionale abbia o preso due pizze siciliane la moglie senza capperi acciughe da 10 e lode .

21/12/2024: Locale rinnovato carinissimo ,gentilezza e professionalità di sempre ...ma stasera con una sorpresa in più :nel nuovo menu'e' inserito l'hamburger vegano ....SPAZIALE !!!!! finalmente un panino vegano a Saluzzo .....ed e ' buonissimo !!!!!!consigliatissimo !!!!!
