08/05/2026: The price-performance ratio is absolutely unbeatable. We ordered the insalata verde to go (perfectly seasoned), the lasagne al forno, the valdostana (with a fantastic crust and excellent flavor), and a meringue that we could have happily eaten more of.
We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much for the wonderful food.
10/01/2026: We waited an hour for dinner....the atmosphere was clean and very simple. The only flaw is that the tables are small, but that's perhaps the art of using limited space to its fullest, and that's to be appreciated. There was no coat rack...in fact, despite the cramped space, we put everything on our chairs...and the women? Who also have bags?...well, what can I say...All in all, it was a feast! And not bad at all.

07/06/2026: After a day in Dogliani for the TV festival, we decided to try this pizzeria/burger joint. There are two different atmospheres depending on whether you want burgers or pizza. We opted for pizza and were given a nice table outside. The staff was truly delightful, friendly, and kind—they alone are worth the rating. The pizza is very thin, you have to like it, but despite its uniqueness, the lightness of the dough was a real discovery! I didn't even notice I'd eaten it, and most importantly, I didn't feel unusually thirsty after dinner. The only flaw, if you're a perfectionist, is the lack of mozzarella! We'll definitely be back.

09/07/2025: Siamo stati a dormire e cena in questa location è devo dire che siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Proprietari gentilissimi, una piscina grande con ombrelloni e sdraio e poi la sera si mangia davvero molto bene. Colazione super. Prezzi davvero buoni.
01/07/2025: Generalmente non scrivo molte recensioni ma in questo caso mi trovo quasi costretto a farlo con estremo piacere. Ho trascorso due giorni in questo posto bellissimo in una struttura ben curata e con camere pulite e ben arredate con la mia famiglia. Abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina con una vista sulle colline delle langhe, scenario che ti permette di passare il tempo in pieno relax. Alla sera abbiamo mangiato anche un'ottima pizza dopo essere stati omaggiati dai proprietari di un ottimo aperitivo con focaccia e vino. Ma è proprio per il sig. Sergio e sua moglie, i proprietari, che ringrazio per l'onestà, l'accoglienza, la disponibilità e la simpatia che voglio scrivere questa recensione perché se lo meritano davvero. Due persone rare da trovare. Grazie di cuore per averci fatto passare due giorni stupendi nella vostra Cascina Manzo.
