23/09/2023: To a customer who has been buying pizzas from you for 10 years, if after all this time he brings back ONE pizza with the bottom completely burnt and asks you if you can make it again, you cannot reply that for you that pizza is not burnt. Even if you tell him again, you were not very objective or far-sighted. Not very objective because it's not like someone suddenly goes crazy after all these years and because if only one of the two pizzas that were recalled has been contested, there must be a reason, evidently the other one is different, like all the ones that had been made to him before today. Short-sighted because that customer already finds himself having to eat alone or make his wife wait with her cold pizza at home and with that phrase, which in my opinion is out of place, you have lost him. But not for the burnt pizza (it is very normal that it can happen and understanding is utmost) but for the way in which you treated a loyal customer and for the little attention paid to him given that even the second remade pizza was half burnt again. For this new manager it is a real shame to ruin the good work of his hands with the not so good way of approaching his customers.

14/03/2025: El Ciri una garanzia. Ogni volta che vado sia per il menù ristorante o la pizzeria non mi delude mai. La sua zuppa inglese poi è la migliore che abbia mai mangiato. Bravo Ciri🤗

08/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale perché è vicinissimo alla Vitifrigo Arena, dove eravamo diretti per un concerto. Il posto è luminoso, il personale è molto accogliente e sorridente (qualità rara di questi tempi). Anche molto gentili, si sono adoperati molto velocemente per procurare un phone a mia moglie che si era rovesciata addosso un bicchiere d'acqua. Servizio molto veloce. Hamburger molto buono, pizza con buon impasto, salumi di qualità. Lo consiglio.
