12/02/2026: Kindness, sweetness, politeness, and smiles are what you notice when you enter this bar. Covid regulations are followed, and in this period, that's no small thing! As for the coffee, after reading a previous review, I think it's a very subjective and personal thing... maybe if you drank a drop of water before your coffee, it would be more appropriate, instead of drinking it afterward like so many ignorant caffeine addicts do... or maybe eat less garlic or onions in the evening... and as for bars, there are many others around... try going and then review them too.

30/12/2025: While visiting Monterubbiano, a charming medieval village, we happened to hear about the local dish, fried tagliatelle, a true delicacy. We called and found a table right away. There were four of us, and we ate these delicious fried tagliatelle, followed by grilled lamb, mutton and other skewers, potatoes, Ascoli olives, sautéed chicory, and finally an excellent ricotta and chocolate tart. Everything was delicious, there was no wait, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, eating inside meant we couldn't enjoy the breathtaking view of the Marche hills and the nearby sea. Since it's inside a park, I think the place is beautiful in the warmer months. Thank you for your hospitality!
30/12/2025: A very positive lunch experience today. The exterior isn't particularly impressive upon arrival, but the view from the terrace is spectacular. The interior is small, informal, and comfortable; you can also enjoy the view of the valley from here.
The service is warm and friendly, and it's easy to chat with the waiter/owner, who doesn't skimp on explanations and attention, even for children.
We opted for typical dishes from southern Marche, which were truly excellent! Honorable mention goes to the Ascoli olives and Campofilone macaroni!
The quality/price ratio is absolutely excellent. We hope to return in the summer to eat on the terrace!

29/03/2026: A truly quaint place in Fermo! I tried the pizza and found it very good! I saw some tasty burgers passing by, which I'll try next time.
06/03/2026: The waiters were helpful, attentive, and friendly. The food was excellent, with very tasty sandwiches, rich in the flavors of their ingredients. The price was a bit high, but overall it was worth it.

I tried the tagliatelle with tomato sauce and it was simply spectacular: flavorful, well-seasoned, and with an authentic taste that comes through from the first bite. The meat... truly excellent, cooked to perfection and of evident quality. And finally, the homemade desserts are a real treat. Delicious, authentic, and carefully prepared, just like the old days.
Highly recommended for those who love traditional cuisine, well-made and uncompromising.

11/10/2025: An evening at the pub! Excellent pizza, slightly thick on the base (for those who like it a little tough), tasty and well-balanced toppings, delicious, dry fried food. Especially the onion rings, filled with real onion slices.
Delicious beer.
The atmosphere is very nice, relaxed, the service is excellent, the staff are very kind and professional, the music is great. There's also an outdoor area with curtains and mushrooms to warm up the place in the winter.
It's not very visible from the street; it's located behind a well-known local bar, with parking right in front.
A must-visit, even for takeout! Recommended.

Tender on the inside, perfectly roasted on the outside, and with that flavor that makes you appreciate every bite! The atmosphere and the kindness of the staff were the icing on the cake! The biggest reason for my disappointment is the extra 4 euros for each gluten-free pizza!!! 4 euros?? I honestly didn't expect that from an AIC restaurant. I also don't understand this whole policy. Celiac disease is a disease. What are we supposed to do? Must we be wealthy even for a pizza? I'm speechless.
