23/01/2025: The appetizers are good, the same goes for the pizza. Light and digestible dough, the only flaw is that there are few toppings on the pizza. I took a pizza with only mozzarella base, there was salmon on top only in some parts, it was a little dry when I ate it where there was no seasoning. Overall the prices are normal and not very high, in line with the rest.
18/01/2025: This pizzeria is located a few km from Ascoli, in the hamlet of Poggio di Bretta.
Very rustic location, fast and impeccable service.
Roman-style pizzas very good but slightly lacking in seasoning, the fried foods (olives and cremini) are of high quality!
Truly delicious desserts.
Excellent experience 🍕

24/08/2024: If you come to Ascoli you cannot miss visiting Cip Ciop. Local and relaxed atmosphere without great luxuries, but the pizzas and service are excellent!

The Tiramisu was liquid, while the cheesecake was very good.

10/02/2025: It's a loop that closes... I frequented Ghastaus as a teenager, then as a boy, and now I'm back with real pleasure. The pizza is good and the beer is good, but in an earthenware glass eh?! Top courtesy
and soft environment. And if the Ascoli or other team's match slips away, that's a plus that doesn't hurt. Vote 10!!

The ingredients are minimal (besides distributing them completely blindly), and no matter how much you complain they persist in putting them in as if they had counted them.
Plus it's burnt and looks more like a crissino than a piece of pizza.
16/11/2024: Huge, highly digestible pizzas (and I speak with full knowledge of merit). Fulvia is friendly with the public even during hellish evenings. A true professional...Being from Rome who periodically comes to AP, I can say that it is among the two or three pizzerias worthy of note and to be recommended. A spartan environment, but after eating the pizza on the plate you will feel like you are in a starry place!

07/01/2025: So the place looks good from the outside, unfortunately the service is terrible from all points of view, we ended up there because of the reviews relating to the Ascoli style olives, once inside we looked around and found nowhere to sit, no to welcome us at the entrance, we waited standing in front of the bartenders, I presume either the managers or the owners. After 10 minutes talking to each other while preparing aperitifs, we were asked what we wanted, once we had placed the order: two aperitifs and a sandwich for our daughter, we are made to wait another 15 minutes, and pressed again to have what we ordered prepared, they want to give us the (dry) pizza instead of the sandwich. The indecency comes when they grab all the food with their hands without using tongs or a napkin to serve it to customers. Really super not recommended.
