I would like to share my experience with ordering the cake for my son's baptism, a very significant event for us. We had specifically requested a millefeuille, confirming our willingness to pay for any additional weight, and we paid the entire amount in advance with enthusiasm and trust in your professionalism.
On the day of the celebration, at the time of cutting, to our great surprise and disappointment, we discovered that the cake was not a millefeuille as agreed, but a simple sponge cake. This caused some embarrassment among our guests, to whom we had joyfully anticipated the arrival of a millefeuille, creating an expectation that unfortunately was not met.
We understand that mistakes can occur, and we appreciate your apologies. However, given the importance of the occasion and the significant discrepancy between the order placed and the product received, we would have hoped for a more concrete gesture to demonstrate your real regret. A partial refund or a small discount for a future order would have been tangible signs of customer care and willingness to remedy the inconvenience caused.
Despite this episode, we hope that you can take inspiration from this experience to further improve order management and customer communication, especially during important events like this.

Good staff;
Food not very good:
Gamberi lacked flavor,
Salad wilted with unripe tomatoes, grilled potatoes
soggy,
Lamb chops not freshly grilled, but dried out and reheated, Pizza Margherita
too soft, with only a thin tomato sauce, too little cheese, and no basil at all!
There are plenty of other restaurants...

21/04/2025: Only tried the pizza, with pizza and fried foods (only potatoes and bread balls with seaweed), but not to my taste. . A little thick... and similar.. So-so service.. I don't know if it was a bad evening.. But I am of the opinion that clubs need to learn to be organized and efficient.. Also because you always pay more...
17/04/2025: Greetings. On February 14th we organized a private party. We were about 90 people. When I booked the restaurant I paid a deposit of 300 euros. We can say that everything went well. When we finally did the calculations, I forgot to deduct the deposit I had paid from the total bill. The next day I called the owner, Mrs. Federica, and she told me that the deposit would not be returned to me because she had paid for the cleaning of the restaurant, which I said was wrong with the cleaning of the restaurant. personally to ask for the deposit, she threatened me to call the police... I advise you not to go to this restaurant whose owner is really badly educated.
