17/06/2025: Recommended by friends as a gourmet pizzeria, we ate here for dinner a few days ago. The pizzas are not the best we have ever eaten, but they are appreciable, special, with selected ingredients. The desserts are attributed to a well-known pastry chef (the strawberry cheesecake was not as excellent as I expected). The location is rather modest, very simple, diner style. The service is not very precise and unfortunately during dinner they were continuously pouring kilos of glass into the garbage cans, making us jump several times. The rating is not excellent especially for the price, really high for the pizzeria's offer, considering that we drank 6 medium beers between 4 people.

07/08/2025: Do these look like pizzas to you!!?? This is the furthest thing from a real pizza I've ever eaten. There's no crust, the dough breaks and crumbles, but what is Pane Carasau?!?
€9 for a mostly tasteless Margherita!
The only redeeming features are the friendliness and kindness of the waiters and the complimentary limoncello...for that, I have to say thank you.
05/08/2025: The pizza is unique: very thin and light, yet delicious. I recommend this place to anyone who, like me, prefers thin pizza to thick pizza.
The first courses aren't bad either: this time I had the garlic, oil, and chili pepper pasta with red shrimp tartare, and it was delicious.
Last but not least: the waiter, Maurizio, is fantastic, humorous but always professional. 😂

29/06/2025: Ci siamo trasferiti da poco a Vimercate pizzeria conosciuta tramite amici.dopo la prima volta è appuntamento fisso almeno una volta a settimana.
Ingredienti freschi e molto buoni l'impasto è ottimo.molta scelta sia di pizze che di gastronomia .
A parer nostro la miglior pizza della zona.

27/07/2025: Locale in centro a Vimercate , un oasi .Arredato con molto gusto e tavola preparata in maniera raffinata. Offre anche pizze , (ho mangiato la focaccia, veramente di alto livello)ma sopratutto pesce. Veramente cucinato in maniera superlativa e con prezzi adeguati. Ho assaggiato le Capesante gratinate all’nduja con melanzane al vapore, uno dei piatti di pesce meglio preparati che ho mangiato in questi ultimi anni . Bravi bravi. Servizio impeccabile , fresco e giovane. Bravi anche per quello. Locale informale . Non e' necessario avere un abbigliamento impeccabile , tornerò gia' in settimana per un pranzo di lavoro .

Dalla cassiera che stava chiudendo, il totem delle ordinazioni non funzionante. Chiedi e passano 10 minuti prima di avere unarisposta
Non sono previste patatine.

Una più stordita dell' altra!
Chiusura cassa e totem spento.
Ma... Se... Forse... Boh...
Attendiamo 10 minuti arriva la seconda commessa con aria lisergica, ad accendere il totem.
Totem probabilmente a nafta perché dopo altri dieci minuti era ancora non funzionante.
Mandare a quel paese le due, questione di un nano secondo e da Pans, distante 10 metri ho mangiato in un attimo.
Sono milanese, i tempi da Regno delle due Sicilie non fanno per me.
