It's not a place you're just passing through, but it's worth going there specifically for lunch.

30/01/2026: The place is nice, the atmosphere is great, the fast service is very good, and the food is also good, but the staff are very grumpy and shameless. We didn't see any smiles, and they brought the bill without us asking... But I guess there aren't many alternatives in the area.

07/02/2026: We stopped here during our motorcycle trip through northern Italy. They saved us from starvation! Great service. Did we finish sometime after midnight? I can't remember :-D We will definitely stop by again next time.
11/01/2026: I went for lunch, and it was absolute hell. Waiters take orders but don't know the dishes are sold out. You wait, and after half an hour they tell you there's not even a side dish to complete the dish. Then, after 10 minutes, they tell you there's no main course either. They bring you the side dish when you've already finished the main course. It was truly disorganized. I was absolutely devastated! It was supposed to be a pleasure, but it turned out to be a constant source of indignation.

13/11/2025: Eating at Carmine and Carmen alla Vera Napoli is guaranteed to be an excellent dinner.
The pizza is delicious with high-quality ingredients, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The sauce is also excellent.
The fries and the fried food are delicious; you can taste the good oil and the cleanliness of the ingredients—there are no fries better than Carmen's.
The Neapolitan pastiera is indescribably delicious.
Everything is made with love, and the staff is kind and welcoming.
You can eat in if you like, or take out.

05/02/2026: Modern and quiet atmosphere. The restaurant also has a beautiful, spacious outdoor area, which on sunny days is also suitable for birthday parties or ceremonies.
The staff is courteous and professional, nothing more to complain about.
The food is very good; I especially recommend their pizzas, which also look great.
The menu also includes very inviting first and second courses, which I saw passing by and made me want to return for more.

12/03/2026: I discovered this place thanks to a friend's birthday party, and I had a delicious braised beef with polenta. Even though I'm not from the area, I promised myself I'd return to try the elephant ear...here I am.
10 out of 10 for both quality and price. In Milan, I'd pay double for the same cutlet (actually, smaller).
The welcoming and kind staff make you feel at home.
I recommend it.

20/03/2026: It's a very authentic and local restaurant. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is very authentic, the drinks are delicious (lemon liqueur), and the prices are just right. Overall, everything was perfect. I'll definitely come back to eat here again. Their desserts are amazing! They're all freshly made!

22/02/2026: Poor service. We waited 2 and a half hours for main courses, where the fried food had been made with super used oil. Plus, they insisted I choose dessert, even though after three attempts they'd say, "No main courses left." Never again.
A piece of advice: revisit, or rather, you need to rethink the service and kitchen management.
