08/12/2025: Don't be fooled by the "Bar" sign, because the food and service are worthy of a true high-end restaurant. Their dishes are homemade and carefully selected by the chef. We tried Sciatt, beef tartare, and a few side dishes. The portions are generous, and the prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality of the food. The owners are very kind and helpful, and you'll feel like you're at the local bar. We'll be back.

07/12/2025: A lunch that truly deserves all five stars. The quality is top-notch, and we noticed the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. The view of Lake Como is stunning, visible from every table in the dining room.
29/11/2025: I spent one night at this property. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are simple but clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast is good and plentiful. Unbeatable value for money.

15/02/2026: I came for dinner with my partner. The pizzas were spectacular, but even more remarkable was the service from the waitstaff. Attentive, friendly, and welcoming. We left delighted; it was a great choice to dine here.

17/11/2025: A big heartfelt thank you to Adriano for helping us recover our beloved pink bear. He found it, arranged registered mail to send it back to us, and patiently answered all our questions during the 3-week wait. His kindness, care, and dedication truly touched us. We are deeply grateful for everything he has done. In addition, the owner, Andre always make us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast and coffee are the best we have tasted in Como.
20/10/2025: The only good thing about this “hotel” is the location. Rooms outdated but okay for the price, however very cold. On the other hand please avoid this accommodation, the receptionist I assume owner named Silvia wrongfully accused us stealing from the breakfast (muesli bar)😅 then started an argument being quite aggressive and making no solid point which is totally unacceptable as we were paying guests. Only the gentleman at the reception tried to deescalate the situation which made us not to pursue furthermore the situation. This has made such a bad impact on our trip, she was hitting a tone that was derogatory , was pushing the lines of bullying and was far from professional behavior.

29/11/2025: Given the fairly positive reviews, I stopped here for a pizza. Unfortunately, the place is very small and not exactly sterile, but it does have a few stools with a shelf to lean against. There's also some outdoor seating, but given the freezing temperatures, I preferred to eat inside. The pizza wasn't bad, a little below average in size, but loaded with toppings (perhaps not exactly top-notch). I was a little annoyed that when I walked in, a man was eating his pizza on a ceramic plate with metal cutlery, while I was served it in a cardboard box with plastic cutlery that was practically impossible to cut. Furthermore, the place was filled with people waiting for takeout, so it created a bit of a mess. The icing on the cake was when the staff replaced the gas cylinder in the kebab grill, filling the air with an unpleasant LPG smell. Another flaw for a place like this is that they don't have alcohol, so no beer to accompany the pizza. I still give it a positive rating because, as I wrote above, the pizza wasn't bad.
23/11/2025: Delicious kebab per 5 euro. Good balance of meat, salad and sauce. Definitely worth it! We like it!

24/12/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at Trattoria Laghee was deeply disappointing. I ordered ossobuco, which, unfortunately, did not even begin to live up to the standards of this traditional dish. The meat was extremely tough, practically inedible, and far from the consistency and quality of a true ossobuco. I only tasted a small piece and decided not to eat it, as it was clearly undercooked. The situation worsened further when it came to the bill. Despite calmly explaining that I hadn't eaten the dish due to its poor quality, I was still asked to pay for the entire ossobuco. During the discussion, the owner even suggested we take the dish home to "finish the cooking," as if it were normal for a customer to finish preparing a dish at home that should be served properly cooked in the restaurant. I found this attitude extremely unprofessional and rude, especially considering that the problem wasn't a matter of personal taste, but a clear flaw in the preparation of the dish. Instead of seeking an appropriate solution, they preferred to argue and place the blame on the customer. It's truly a shame, because I expected a completely different experience. 10/12/2025: We ate well, my focaccia was excellent, if I may I suggest using Taggiasca olives, they are better. Excellent service.

08/02/2026: Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. We ordered a half portion of penne with tomato sauce for our son. Four penne arrived, and when we paid, we were charged €14 for a measly plate of pasta. I asked for an explanation, saying that the pasta was a half portion. But the lady at the cashier didn't care in the slightest. Her explanation was...it says a full portion here! Without even asking the waiter if there had been a mistake.
