05/03/2026: They offer gluten-free sandwiches and pizzas, which are very good! However, the place is incredibly noisy, even with just a few people.
03/03/2026: Exorbitant price for two simple takeout pizzas. A Margherita and a prosciutto, mascarpone, arugula, and parmesan for €25. Two normal pizzas, not particularly good. I repeat, takeout. As if we were in Venice.

08/03/2026: The effort is there, and it must be acknowledged, the quality of the raw materials is excellent, but too much meat on the fire (takeaway, seafood menu, meat menu, sandwich shop, pizzeria) inevitably leaves one dissatisfied. It's a real shame.
31/01/2026: Beautiful veranda with wooden roof. The best panigacci I've ever eaten, both dried and boiled! A must-have for the future.

23/11/2025: For several years now, every time I go to Sarzana, I make a regular stop at this place. The pizza, and not only that, is spectacular. In particular, they use soy-based doughs, but also aloe, which are very light and very digestible. They have a huge selection and often make special versions dedicated to particular products, some seasonal, like fresh porcini mushrooms or caramelized onions. The farinata and desserts, many of which are homemade, are also excellent. A real must-try.

18/03/2026: Dinner after a football game. Friendly and informal atmosphere. The place is a bit small but well-designed. The pizzas are very good, with crispy dough and flavorful ingredients. We also had dessert after the pizza. Truly excellent! The creamy Nutella cheesecake is truly the bomb.

11/11/2025: Pizzeria in the center of Sarzana, easy to get to thanks to the many nearby parking lots.
The place is spacious and bright.
Wide selection of pizzas.
I had the Diablo pizza with smoked scamorza and speck. The dough is thin and crispy, but very good and not heavy to digest.
Friendly staff.
Average prices.
Excellent selection, I recommend!

27/08/2025: I returned here after several years of absence. I found a welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable, fast, professional, and friendly staff, with a smile on their faces (which I'd say is important in the restaurant industry). The food was excellent: well-cooked farinata and pizza with perfect dough. I think next time I'll try the steak, it piqued my curiosity.
I'll be back and I recommend it.
23/08/2025: Arrived at 8:15 p.m., reservation made for 8:45 p.m. Returned at 8:45 p.m., table given at 9:20 p.m., order taken 5 minutes later, served 45 minutes later... All this for pizzas that were just passable.

11/07/2025: Pizza cruda, formaggio immangiabile e pomodoro crudo: riscaldata e di pessima qualità.
Unica nota positiva la ragazza che ha preso l’ordine: gentile, graziosa e educata.
Sugli altri membri dello staff stendo un velo pietoso.
Niente a che vedere con la qualità e l’accoglienza della Pia a La Spezia.
Mai più a Sarzana.

27/04/2025: Avevo voglia di mangiare una pizza, ma ho sbagliato locale, non tanto per la qualità, mediocre, ma per il tipo di pizza, che è sottilissima, per me che amo la napoletana con il cornicione alto è stata spiacevole sorpresa. Molti, compresi i miei amici, mangiavano con soddisfazione la farinata, purtroppo a me non è mai piaciuta.
Il personale è molto gentile, il servizio veloce, prima di uscire ho visto che fanno anche la pizza al trancio.
Sicuramente non è il mio locale preferito.
13/01/2025: Cena in famiglia per un compleanno. Per l'ambiente: ci sono due stanze, una è quella d'ingresso con bancone dove servono pizza al taglio, l'altra è adiacente. Quest'ultima è tranquilla, l'altra immagino che sia un po' scomoda per mangiare lì. Farinata molto buona. Pizza con buon condimento ma impasto scarso, perché è troppo sottile e diventa tipo cracker. Dolce portato da casa quindi non saprei. Personale gentile, servizio abbastanza veloce.
