26/12/2024: Pinseria Gabarda offers a notable variety of pinsas and, unbelievably, even 3 types of vegan pinsas: luckily every now and then you find restaurateurs worthy of this denomination, who know how to keep up with the times and with new food choices. The dough is very good, as are the ingredients accompanying the pinse which are tasty and harmonious. The place is beautiful, well-kept, elegant. A peculiarity: to reach the toilet you must use the lift. The service is good but there could be a little more sociability with customers at the tables. Recommended place.

06/01/2025: Together with friends we decided to have the dinner (New Year's Eve) on 12/31/2024. Nice lokescion, fast service with very courteous waiters, but the dinner was really pitiful, decent starters but nothing special.... a fish risotto that if I make my 10 year old son cook it he will do it better... secondly a grilled tuna with pistachios which would break if you threw it against the window ....children's menu a pitiful lasagna and raw chicken angus with very salty fried potatoes however we were all disappointed... The only thing I appreciate is that when we paid the bill they gave us €15 discount on the menu child perhaps they realized how bad they were...I really don't think I will return.

15/12/2024: Except for the pizza toppings. The dough looked like a mix between crêpe and piadina, too thin. Mine also burned out. Raw and salty farinata. The service also needs improvement (a lot of things were forgotten).

30/12/2024: Here I eat the best marinara pizza in the world, and it is marinara, think of the others. The dough is excellent, digestible and with a respectable cellar. They also make meat, which they are known for. Optimal.
30/11/2024: Do un punto ma perché 0 punti non si può . Premetto che non ho mangiato , mi sono recata a prendere la pizza per portarla a casa , entro 2 tavoli e 3 persone in piedi aspettando la pizza . Chiedo alla ragazza per ordinare , va in cucina e li comunicano che non possono prendere ordini di pizze se non prenotate . ???!!! Ma tutto apposto ???? Hanno due tavoli praticamente tutta la sala vuota e non possono fare due pizze da portare via , allora chiudete piuttosto fate bella figura

22/12/2024: Spero la mia recensione sia di sprone allo staff, perché c'è da rivedere il servizio. Tempi troppo lunghi, troppa attesa tra l'uscita delle varie pizze e quasi un'ora per ordinare il dolce. Per una pizza e un dolce quasi tre ore.... o si migliora l'organizzazione o si assume una persona in più. Cmq la pizza era molto buona!

The desserts are very good and the. Low prices.

Total of 36 euros, 18 euros each.
I will return and highly recommend it

15/07/2024: I stayed two nights with my husband. Spartan room. Shower tray with mould. Non-existent breakfast with an old and hard brioche. The shared fridge, the next day we didn't find our waters.
07/07/2024: 558 euros for a birthday with a horse ride for 16 children. Unclear indications from the managers (there was always talk of 400 euros with the "horse" package only to then discover that another 130 euros were needed for the "horse") prices sent via w/app via photos of an unclear price list. Food scarce, about ten bottles of bibit3 juices and water. No assistance from anyone (we practically acted as waiters in a closed place and we struggled to find the bathroom) for 400 euros just for a sad refreshment for 2 hours at least a waiter in a tuxedo. Highly not recommended. Inform yourself well beforehand and ask for a written quote

05/01/2025: Locale senza troppe pretese nel quale è possibile mangiare in fretta, a prezzi (randomici) decisamente onesti.
Pizza e farinata più che discrete, quest'ultima consigliata con l'aggiunta di pesto (squisito); focaccia di Recco invece, servita fredda, rimandata.
Riguardo alla simpatia si può dare di più.

Pizza alta ma soprattutto la farinata e’ molto buona.

05/08/2024: During the Soffitta in strada in Sarzana I tried this pizzeria in the center of Sarzana. The name differs from the original "Forno Antico" in the wording Nuovo, but otherwise it is light years away from what was proposed by the old management. I took a piece of margherita pizza and two bottles of water (€5 in total), the pizza was slightly undercooked and tasteless, the rest of the food on display didn't excite me at all and didn't make me want to take anything else. I ate the margherita pizza I purchased out of hunger and promised myself I would never go back again
