15/05/2025: One of the best restaurants I've ever tried. While visiting Italy, the meal was excellent! I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I won't soon forget this wonderful meal. The wait was a bit long, so I recommend booking in advance, but it was definitely worth it! The staff was lovely, especially the waitress! I had the anchovies, which were truly delicious, as well as a pizza and pasta! What a wonderful culinary experience!

Quintessenza Restaurant also boasts a large terrace, located on the seventh floor of the Best Western Hotel Nazionale Sanremo, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view

13/06/2025: We stopped here today on a whim thanks to a local's tip. Despite being fully booked, we managed to get a table. A small Ligurian menu, a great pizza selection, and wonderful service. Highly recommended.

21/06/2025: I go to Diano Marina several times a year, I have visited almost all the restaurants in the area, one I particularly liked (in fact I went back several times, both for lunch and dinner), and only now I am writing the review because I have had confirmation: in this restaurant/pizzeria you eat really well, the service is very fast, the staff is professional, polite and kind and does everything to make the customer feel at ease. The menu has a wide range of dishes that are really well prepared and delicious, even the pizza is delicious and very digestible. The price? Very affordable... I highly recommend it!

01/06/2025: Really nice servers, great service. The pizza salame is not amazing, its an okay taste. The virgin colada was good but quite expensive 8€. We paid 40€ for 2 people.

The seafood is always the freshest, everything is always at the highest level, always perfectly clean. Delicious. Aromatic. Very cozy and polite. Il personale molto attento nel seguire la clientela Si arriva velocemente a venti minuti da Sanremo. Il sistema di prenotazione funziona davvero bene
