17/04/2026: It's become my favorite pizza place. A simple yet characterful, well-maintained place. I've tried both the focaccia and the pizza, light and digestible dough, top-quality ingredients. They also have off-menu options; I tried the stuffed pizza, and although I'm not a fan of overly topped pizzas, I really enjoyed it. The desserts are homemade, beautifully presented, and equally remarkable in taste and flavor (the three-chocolate cake is superb). In conclusion, if you're looking for a place with character and a distinct identity that offers careful selection, quality ingredients (substance and minimal showmanship), thoughtful selection, and a touch of imagination (well done), go to this pizzeria.

23/03/2026: A historic restaurant in Sori that I began frequenting in the early 1990s, when it was still located in its old location, which was rendered unusable by a flood. At the time, the main business was takeout, but it was also possible to dine in the small dining room. The owners' decision to move the business to a new location gave rise to what it is today: a trattoria where, in a welcoming and informal atmosphere, you can enjoy traditional Genoese dishes, as well as a remarkable variety of farinata, pizzas, vegetable pies, and homemade desserts. All this is accompanied by a truly excellent wine list. Of course, there's also a selection of beers, including their own. Whenever I'm passing through the area, it's always a pleasure to dine at this trattoria.
