14/12/2024: I give one star because zero is not possible... one hundred unanswered calls after asking assistance for a time change... which was confirmed (spoken). A joke, especially when you have people at home who need to eat, due to diabetes... I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

31/10/2024: Given that we have been customers of the pizzeria for years and, therefore, it goes without saying that we had a good time and have always overlooked any delays in delivery that can happen... but tonight, after the other two last times that the pizza arrived cold , but so cold that it was very difficult to eat, I called to report the inconvenience so that it would not happen again in the future, but not to have 3 more hot pizzas. I thought I would find an accommodating response, but instead I found a lady who was immediately on the defensive, with a decidedly rude tone, who first questioned my words (why would I have called if I didn't even want the pizzas replaced?!?) then she dumped everything the blame on the delivery boy, he talked about the cold climate (19°) and then ended up, and here in a really rude tone, that she even ate it cold, inviting us, in a very irritating tone, not to order from them anymore!!! Don't worry, Miss, your invitation has been warmly accepted!
