01/10/2025: Hello, dear Fabrizio De Angelis, it's Francesca again, the one who bought the arancini. I'm writing to you here because you pointed out the review. I can show you the bin near the shop where I threw the arancini. I would have gladly had you exchange it, but then, after the lady said, "Oh, okay, it's cacio e pepe," she said the other one wasn't carbonara but nduja without even checking it. Obviously because she didn't like it. I understand it was closing time, but I also work in a restaurant business. I always make myself available to customers, especially if I make a mistake. Learn to accept criticism; from what I see in every negative review, people say it's "impossible." And it also happens that things can turn sour after sitting out on the counter all day in the heat.
