03/10/2025: Trattoria and pizzeria in the Palestrina countryside. We went there on a Saturday evening, expecting a long wait... but to my surprise, the service was quick and efficient. Good food, good pizza. Excellent bill 😉

08/09/2025: Menu: Rather basic, with not many choices and lots of frozen products. We ordered bruschetta with 2 liters of oil. The grilled fish had more oil flowing. The pizza, however, was good. 2

05/07/2025: Perfect evening at Baficchio in Palestrina.
Three of us came: me, my wife and my daughter. We had pizza and I have to say it was really excellent. Light dough, well cooked, fresh and abundant ingredients.
The place is welcoming, well-kept, with a family atmosphere. The staff is kind and attentive, without being intrusive.
A place where you feel good, you eat better and you will gladly return.
Highly recommended for those looking for a good pizza in Palestrina.

01/09/2025: Last night 5 fried foods 1 water 3 medium beers and a small one ok after almost 2 hours 2 pizzas fried foods frozen in the middle pizzas raw at the edges a bad dinner and to end up on the bill 1.50 per person for the service I had never seen but not for the euro and fifty but precisely for the slow service 2 hours for two pizzas for more than €60 bill and I have to say that before the food was better much better now no more
18/08/2025: The pizza tastes good, but it's a shame it was hard to digest.
I don't know if there were any cooking issues because the inside of the pizza was a bit undercooked and rubbery.

23/07/2025: I don't know if it was the busy day we went, but the service was super slow, the pizza was low quality (especially the toppings) but on the contrary, the girls were very kind, smiling and made us feel at home.
