21/06/2025: I'm sorry, because the service guys are the plus of this place.
Maybe we chose badly.. pizza of the month, for the proposed price (16€) was not particularly topped, and my Sicilian was really too simple: too much of the pizza was simply tomato, some mozzarella spots, 4 dried tomatoes and some grilled aubergines added (I presume) after cooking but which were not there at all towards the edges.
The dough is thin, very thin.. maybe even too thin. I missed the "consistency" of the pizza a bit.
The desserts were good. The final bill was very fair.
We were outside, under the veranda. There were fans on the ceiling to circulate the air, I think it was too much. During dinner the place filled up and I found it a bit confusing.
I am very undecided whether to give 2 or 3 stars.. 2 is perhaps a bit too penalizing and I'm sorry, maybe it was a "ne" evening, for them or maybe for me. However, in all honesty, I don't know if I would return..

23/06/2025: It is a historic restaurant-pizzeria. Excellent quality, huge portions, fantastic pizza, super atmosphere. Try the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, I recommend the waiter Maurizio.

31/05/2025: €32 3 simple pizzas of which €8 a tasteless Margherita disc and €10 a boiled potato (when I was told baked). €2 for supplì...smaller than a croquette and with an indefinable flavor. 15 minute wait for such a small takeaway. Highly not recommended. Crazy prices for the quality of the food/ambience.
22/05/2025: I was at this restaurant last night for dinner.
The interior is well-kept, with a balanced atmosphere, but there is a detail that I have only experienced here so far: when heavy vehicles pass on the road, the vibrations are practically transmitted into the room and can be annoying.
The service is friendly.
I have to give special praise to the scottona steak, which is one of the best I have ever tried.
The only questionable thing is the services, you have to go outside and walk through part of the building to get in.
I recommend it anyway.

05/07/2025: I have known this pizzeria all my life and I have always had a good experience. Since they moved away from above the supermarket on Via del Pratone, between the times I went to the new place and the take-away pizza, I have noticed a decline both in how it looks and in the quality of the pizza... they were delivered to me in these conditions.... evaluate for yourself (in addition to the fact that they are made of rubber) evaluate for yourself...

21/04/2025: Peccato per la cordialità del proprietario, ma il pranzo di Pasqua lo chef non era in giornata: lasagna poco condita e sfoglia cruda in alcuni piatti, secondo primo insipido,
agnello un solo pezzo e per molti era solo osso con poca carne. Molto deluso perché avevo portato 18 persone
e tutti rimasti scontenti. Con 45 euro + estra si deve mangiare sicuramente meglio.
16/03/2025: Ulteriore cena da Capodarco con una bella compagnia di amici, tra adulti e bambini: riconfermata l’ottima esperienza! Location molto ampia e gradevole, ideale anche per gruppi “numerosi”, e personale molto gentile ed efficiente. Pizze davvero molto buone, in particolare quelle “vegetariane”, con prodotti bio a “km zero”. Rapporto qualità/prezzo adeguato alla location ed alla qualità del cibo. Lo consiglio!

18/12/2024: Locale piccolo ma molto carino, rustico. Abbiamo preso un misto fritto e focaccia bresaola, rughetta e puntarelle, alici. Una pizza a testa (4) non eccessivamente grande ma meglio cosi perche. Abbiamo voluto assaggiare anche un calzone, entrambi ben conditi.
Per terminare una focaccia dolce con nutella, cocco e crema chantilly e fragola.
Siamo usciti pienissimi, nonostante questo la notte non ho avuto acidità, che di solito mi capita spesso con la pizza. Prezzo ragionevole.
Personale gentile e disponibile.

perchè cercare di fare le cose nel modo corretto, utilizzando materie prime di qualità senza penalizzare i clienti con costi eccessivi richiede impegno quotidiano e sacrificio di tutto lo staff,
Tradizione
perchè i fiori di zucca ( la frittura è una carezza al palato ) ed i supplì ti riportano ai sapori di tanti anni fà ( Brava Nunziatina),
la pizza è gustosa leggera, digeribile ,tradizionalmente romana
l'ambiente è famigliare,
il rapporto qualità prezzo è assolutamente positivo,
i menù proposti sono chiari e per tutte le esigenze,
consigliatissimo
16/03/2025: sono stato con 8 amici di domenica sera in questa piccola trattoria veramente accogliente. abbiamo optato per un menu veramente conveniente che ci ha stupito! pizza romana molto buona e ben farcita, antipasti e fritti anche! wi-fi disponibile, luogo silenzioso e luminoso nonostante sia una cantina

23/07/2023: ottimo panificio di esperienza decennale, conosciuto da tutti i Castelli Romani ed anche da ciò vive a Roma. Offre piatti di gastronomia, dolci, pasta fatta a mano e pizze a taglio e da asporto ... ma per quanto riguarda le pizze da asporto ....vi prego, lasciate perdere!
I supplì erano secchi, i fiori di zucca freddi e la mozzarella era ancora tagliata a cubo e non sciolta. Le pizze molto grandi, che all'occhio fa piacere, ma completamente insapori, il sugo era messo lì presso direttamente dal barattolo e a mio parere non condito. Il prosciutto era un tocco di prosciutto salatissimo.... Sembrava proprio come se avessero fatto queste pizze a tirar via, velocemente, senza metterci un minimo di passione!
Esperienza negativa.
