03/12/2024: I went to Capranica Prenestina to the Mosciarella chestnut festival. In the square all the local products including cheeses, chestnuts, polenta flours and LANE PELOSE flour, a mix of 1 flour and wholemeal flour used to make pasta. Fruit and sour cherry jams. Honey and much more. For lunch we went to this farmhouse where the pasta is made by them and various types of meat all cooked on exposed grill. Advised.
