19/11/2025: Pizza sold for its weight in gold, or rather, not even for its weight in gold, but by the piece. And each slice of Margherita (it'll be 5x10 cm) costs 2 euros.

23/11/2025: They don't have a wine list, despite having many wines on display, but they're still expensive compared to the standard. The staff isn't adequate or trained. The food is decent, but the service is terrible.
I don't think I'll ever go back.
21/11/2025: I've known Stefano for years, and last night I went for a white truffle dinner, everything exquisitely prepared and presented!
To this day, I can say that within a few kilometers, it's one of the best food and beverage establishments, with a top-notch wine cellar! A must-try for anyone who wants to eat and drink truly well! Bravo, Stefano! You express all your passion for your work! Ad maiora semper!

06/01/2026: New Year's Eve 2025/2026, the food and entertainment were disappointing, luckily I was in good company.
04/01/2026: It's a different place from the usual pizzerias or restaurants, a fresh, beautiful and clean environment, the room with the fireplace is delightful for a pizza that I prefer by the slice (thin and crunchy), the restaurant is also worth it, the prices are very fair and reflect the excellent quality and service, we will be back soon for a beer and a pizza, HAPPY NEW YEAR

The guys in the dining room were nice and friendly.
The pizza was soft and wet in the center.
The sour suppli were sent back with a full apology.
The cashier with a plastic pose staring into the dining room was disturbing.
The water wasn't bottled, but from a dispenser.
I didn't like it.
23/12/2025: A Saturday evening without a reservation:
The helpful staff found a solution.
We ordered fried food: homemade, not exceptional, but crispy and served piping hot.
Roman-style pizza, well cooked and with interesting pairings.
Various menu and selection of draft beer.
A plus that brings it to 5 for the high-quality local extra virgin olive oil, Itrana cultivar (typical of the area).
