21/10/2025: Brio, a restaurant in Alatri, Latina, is the ideal place for an intimate dinner, with excellent service and first-class food.
19/10/2025: They brought us bread, and as soon as I finished my appetizer, they took away the whole bag.
I asked for a seafood salad, delicate in flavor, then I asked for Tonarelli all'amatraciana, and they brought me strozzapreti with the guanciale turned into sinews, because I couldn't see or taste the crunchiness. And even the sauce had a strange aftertaste. I asked for fried calamari and shrimp, which was the only good thing. I asked for a mixed salad, which the waiter had told me was arugula, radicchio, tomatoes, and lettuce, and they brought me only tomatoes and lettuce. I asked for the addition, and they brought me the radicchio half rotten because it had brown pieces.
I wouldn't go back to a small town where you pay like 30 euros or more per person. At least the service should be impeccable. I hope you can improve. You have the tools to do so.

We dined at this restaurant and were thrilled: the freshest fish, dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail, and a cuisine that showcases the flavors of the sea with balance and refinement.
From appetizer to dessert, everything was perfect, with a special mention for the truly spectacular raw seafood.
Impeccable service, friendly and welcoming staff, an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere, and a breathtaking view of the cyclopean walls illuminated at night.
A memorable gastronomic experience, highly recommended for anyone seeking a high-quality seafood dinner in the heart of Ciociaria. We'll definitely be back!
31/10/2025: Excellent evening. The atmosphere is elegant but not overbearing, and conversation is possible even though the room is large. Suitable for groups of 4-6. Excellent food, both meat and fish. The staff is extremely friendly. The wine list is also good.

Swearing is a no-brainer.
25/07/2025: An evening with old high school friends. A pleasant atmosphere next to our beloved Conti Gentile High School, where we shared stories and reminisced. We ate a delicious pizza and some appetizers. The prices were reasonable and in line with the food.

31/05/2025: I order the diavola and receive the margherita (opened at home). Terrible experience, rude staff, I call for a problem with the pizza and they answer me very badly and hang up on me. They do not try to solve the problem. I do not recommend.
