18/01/2025: Nice little restaurant where you can eat an excellent dish of spaghetti with clams (the dish is called "Fantasie del pescatore"), but also a good pizza. Nice staff! I'll be back!

13/09/2024: Pizza was mediocre - tasted OK (but it doesn't blow you away) but something on my pizza wasn't fresh - I had a stomach ache afterwards. Prices were definitely too high for that. The service was friendly and everything went well. Unfortunately I can't recommend it and we won't be going there again.

02/02/2025: A birthday dinner booked a week in advance. Unfortunately, the double shift system works poorly: by booking for 9.00 pm, it is better to arrive very calmly, because it creates annoying crowding in the narrow entrance and in front of the counter until at least 9.20 pm, it must be said, also due to the rudeness of many customers of the first shift who, although warned that they had to leave the table at 9.00 pm, didn't care and were late with their dinner. We ate pizza and it was very good. We didn't like the lemon sorbet, which everyone at the table took. The arrangement at the table on the first floor was a bit sacrificed and not exactly comfortable. Good service, a little long waiting time. A shame really, because the pizza is worth it, but it wasn't a smooth evening....

23/02/2025: I'm sincerely sorry, it was one of my favorite pizzerias in Udine, but this evening I paid 59 euros for 4 pizzas... apart from the thirst I am as I write, they asked me for a supplement of 2 euros for a Viennese with extra frankfurters which I think they forgot to add, never mind. But they put a 4 euro surcharge on a pizza for lactose free mozzarella. I was speechless: with four euros at the supermarket you can buy at least two lactose-free mozzarella. It really seemed like an exaggeration to me, moreover on a matter that is not a whim. I'm sorry, but this evening was the last time for me. Clarification: it was 52.50 euros, not 60. But I confirm the 4 euros for the lactose-free mozzarella, in addition to the normal price of the pizza. Here is the receipt

02/03/2025: Our food (pizza, bruscetta, insalata mista) and the wine were excellent. The chair covers could be a little cleaner, otherwise very nicely decorated. Very good price/performance ratio. The toilet facility (one toilet each) is far too small for the amount of seats. Highly recommended as a restaurant.

14/02/2025: Disgusting. The menu offers a wide choice of pizzas, but unfortunately I didn't choose anything I liked. The rest of the menu is very poor and there is no fried fish. I ordered grilled fish with vegetables, but the fish was not very fresh and had scales. I don't recommend it.

07/03/2025: Absolutely informal place, you may not like it, but I do. There are many games: darts, table football, many billiards for the American game, some for the Gorizia one. Large screens to follow major sporting events in company. In these cases there is a bit of noise.... Good pizza, good beer (you drink it in 1/2 liter glasses, finally), fair prices. I feel good here every time I come here. After the sudden death of Gianni, the owner, the restaurant remained closed for improvement works and is currently managed by Edy (the wife) and Katya (the daughter). The style has remained the same, the food offering has improved (without price increases), the furnishings have been more refined and the range of games has expanded. In short, I confirm the assessments I gave in the first instance: if you get into the spirit of this very special place, you will always return. At least this is true for me and my friends who usually come here.

04/11/2024: Llegamos para descubrir que éramos los primeros huéspedes para el almuerzo. Teníamos una amplia variedad de mesas. El personal recomendó una mesa de terraza dentro del alcance de un ventilador. Teníamos una botella de burbujeo, entrantes de marisco y plato principal. Todo muy bonito. Personal atento y amable. Se puso ocupado, así que una reserva puede ser una buena idea.

24/01/2025: Pizzeria located on the road that leads to Enemonzo, ample parking and tables outside, Veronica and her staff are always kind and attentive to the customer, Stefano the pizza chef as always does not disappoint, the pizza is very good with fresh ingredients, you can also eat in the restaurant with typical dishes. Very recommended!

30/12/2024: He estado visitando esta pizzería desde que era un niño y estoy en el lado equivocado de 45. Esta última visita tuvimos a mi hijo pequeño que es un dolor para atender (nd) , pero eran grandes y encima de las patatas fritas gratis, le hicieron un pequeño plato de pan de pizza plana recién cocinado, que le encantó. Disfrutamos de nuestra hermosa pizza y pasta con algunos viejos amigos y era como en los viejos tiempos. Hay algunos buenos pizzeros en Codroipo, y el Medaglia sigue siendo uno de los mejores.
