07/03/2026: This evening we had dinner with friends during the early evening sitting (7-9pm). The food was all very good, both the starters and the pizzas. Unfortunately, one dish was taken away before we finished it. The only downside of the evening was the service: very rushed and cold; you could feel the rush. Furthermore, when paying, we weren't given the option to split the bill. It's a shame that such a refined atmosphere and good-quality food is ruined by staff who don't make you feel at ease.

07/03/2026: There were five of us for dinner. We were expecting a nice, quiet evening. Before booking, we were told there were two evening sittings: 7-9 PM and the other from 9 PM onward. We booked for the first sitting. We really appreciated the speed of service; the food was excellent, especially the pasta dishes and especially the pizzas! The only flaw, unfortunately, was the somewhat rude and cold staff. Especially the young woman with black hair, who didn't pay enough attention to the customers, responding rudely and without smiling. We appreciated the kindness of the young man with glasses, who asked several times if the dinner was good. Remember that, in addition to good food, it's important to make the customer feel welcome and not like they're being pressured.

20/02/2026: Many years ago I worked in this restaurant and I know the ins and outs. They don't remember me, but I chose to spend my birthday here because I'm sure of the freshness, attention, and cleanliness. We come here every now and then for work in the Udine area with my husband, our choice for lunch always falls to this restaurant. This evening we left from Jesolo (you understand that I live by the sea) and I chose Ancona 2 to celebrate my birthday. We arrived, they sat us down, and we ordered two house appetizers and a Vincenzo pizza. The appetizer was nothing like the usual, and we forgot about the pizza. I didn't finish my appetizer, the waiter asked me why, and I gave my opinion, which Mrs. Maria didn't appreciate (but she did try to solve the problem). We decided to ask for the dessert menu, but the waiter slammed the three dessert menus on the table, at which point I decided with my family to leave. I recognize you as hard workers, I recognize the cleanliness because I cleaned Your well-maintained furnishings, I recognize the freshness and attention to raw materials. But today was my birthday, I traveled miles... no one should dare offend with inappropriate behavior just for judging a dish. Me and my family. Be kinder and more understanding towards customers and accept some criticism with humility because even after years of experience it can always be constructive, otherwise, Mrs. Maria, salt is useless. I THANK YOU FOR THE EVENING BECAUSE FOR ME IT WAS CONSTRUCTIVE TOO.

08/03/2026: New pizzeria restaurant in Baldasseria, very large, modern, and elegant inside. Southern specialties, including many types of pizza, as well as good first courses, like their house pasta dish with eggplant (pictured). Prices are reasonable. The Oro coffee is good. It's a shame that from the outside the place isn't very visible and not at all elegant, especially the horrendous parking lot...but that's the responsibility of the municipality and the work they're doing on the canal, not the restaurant itself.

08/03/2026: First and last experience. After 40 minutes, no one showed up at the table. They got up and left. I wish posterity better service. I'm replying to the owner here, because it's not possible to do so following his comment. No, it happened last night. Table 12 near the entrance. There were plenty of waiters, but it was impossible not to notice that there were clearly customers and customers, because hugs and kisses and subsequent service were quickly reserved for numerous people who arrived after us. Perhaps what needs to be revised is the "attitude." One can wait for the pizza, but asking for a simple order doesn't require much effort.

15/02/2026: Good food, friendly staff, and attentive customer service. We've eaten at various places with our children, but only here today when we asked for a split pizza did the two plates come out with the split already made. Usually, you get a whole pizza and an empty plate. Very kind ❤️

28/09/2025: We've been to your restaurant several times and have always had a great time. We've tried both pizzas and seafood dishes, and the quality has always been high. The same goes for the wait staff, who are all friendly and quick to take orders and serve tables. We'll definitely be back.

Unwelcoming reception, very mediocre food (frozen fries, excessive cheese on the pizzas), slow service (45-minute wait with the wrong order to boot), nauseating smell of frying in the dining room, questionable hygiene... In short, the quickest thing to do is pay and leave!

26/01/2026: Both the pizzas (crispy, full of fresh ingredients) and the food (refined dishes, both fish and meat delicious) are excellent. The staff is truly friendly, and it's a pleasure to return every time!

Although we didn't order pizza, we tried several dishes: fried pizza with raw ham, raw tagliolini with poppy seeds, chicken tagliata, and parmigiana—all very good and carefully prepared. The service was very fast, and the staff was kind and attentive. A great experience, we'll definitely be back to try the pizza too! Recommended 🙂

The food was fresh and excellent, right down to the sorbet, everything was delicious and artistically presented. I must also mention the exceptional value for money. Kudos to the chef and the entire staff! We will definitely be back and will recommend it to everyone. Highly recommended!

03/02/2026: The last time I went was as a child, when they still ran the Alpe Adria restaurant. To take a trip back in time, I decided to go again, and it feels like a trip back in time, which is certainly not a bad thing. Excellent pizza, good prices, no-frills service, but I applaud the tenacity of the owners, who are still there after so many years. The only small negative was that they didn't have meringue pie, a worthy end to a pizzeria lunch.
