08/11/2025: Ordered a pizza at 8 PM with delivery scheduled for 9 PM. The pizza arrived at 10 PM after calling them and receiving an annoyed response. Absolutely not recommended.
08/11/2025: Ordered two pizzas around 8:00 PM, expected time 9:00 PM.
I called at 9:25 PM and they said, "They're just coming out of the oven."
Since most of the reviews are about the delay in delivery, I don't understand why they set a specific time if it's never going to be met. Doesn't it make more sense to warn the customer that the wait is long or that there's no specific time?
