a little confusing reception but oh well..
we arrive at the table which has yet to be cleared by previous customers, after at least 10 minutes they arrive to take the order.
drinks served with PLASTIC cups (which should even be abolished from restaurants in 2024).
at least 40 MINUTES pass for 2 SIMPLE PIZZAS without waiters passing by even just to check if anyone needs anything.
undercooked or even raw pizzas served on cardboard plates 🤦🏻♂️
the bathroom is located inside a building next door and there is even no paper.
at the time of payment I notice that on the receipt the cover item is marked as "pizzas" (which can confuse both customers and possible controls by the authorities).
as soon as I report that 40 minutes of waiting is too long I receive a response that is a little too aggressive with even some sarcasm directed at me using as an excuse that it is mid-August (I specify that we had booked so they must have already been prepared for our arrival)
I highly advise against it because I assure you that it is the worst place I have ever eaten in my life
10/08/2024: Cozy place. very good pizza.. as a welcome they brought us a piadina cut into PZ.... Very polite staff and owner... at the end of dinner they brought us a sweet and liqueurs.. I recommend it for those who come to Bellaria and if we return we will we will happily return... Discovered it on the last evening of our stay at the hotel... Excellent choice, very happy...

29/08/2024: Veniamo molto spesso in questo posto in famiglia abbiamo assaggiato quasi tutto del menù comprese le bevande servizio veloce camerieri simpatici e disponibili alla fine del servizio viene offerto anche il limoncello da fare invidia agli altri ristoranti che si trovano nel posto ogni volta che veniamo in vacanza qua a Bellaria i carrettieri sono il nostro posto fisso
20/08/2024: A giudicare dalla coda che si vede ogni sera fuori dal locale non puoi non provarlo.
Interno climatizzato, molto curato, personale veloce, gentile e neanche a dirlo le pizze sono favolose. Prenotare per tempo

27/08/2024: We were on holiday in Igea Marina and had dinner in this place twice. Tried pizza, grilled fish and 2 first courses. All very good. The service is also excellent
25/08/2024: Good food and friendly staff. I had dinner with my wife and two 3 year old twins. Even though we hadn't booked, they were very kind and attentive towards the little ones. They served their pasta in a few minutes and put up with our confusion ☺️Thank you so much.. the Romagna friendliness is always Top 🔝 👏

18/08/2024: Exquisite dishes, truly abundant and served directly in their pan, a wonderful idea in my opinion. Located in front of the beach and the sea, the staff is friendly and helpful, the service is fast. There was nothing out of place, even though the place was very full (I recommend booking!)

11/08/2024: ristorante lago igea ideale per qualsiasi tipo di serata, per stare in coppia in una cena romantica il terrazzo è ideale. consiglio questo posto anche per le famiglie dato che è dotato di due aree giochi in cui i vosti bambini saranno liberi di giocare, e la disposizione dei tavoli vi permetterà di tenerli sotto controllo. vi consiglio di venire al lago igea per gustare ottime pietanze e passare tempo di qualità.
10/08/2024: Ottima cena, camerieri molto gentili,buon rapporto qualità prezzo, tanta scelta, da migliore i tempi d'attesa.. per me punto di forza area per bimbi vicino ai tavoli (con animazione nel fine settimana ).
Noi andiamo sia d'estate quando siamo a bellaria sia d'inverno da Forlì.

09/07/2024: Una scoperta, tutto ottimo dal pesce alla carne al gluten free. Servizio veloce, la cameriera una signora bionda minuta molto gentile e professionale.
08/07/2024: cena di famiglia. Tavolo interno con un caldo infernale nonostante tutte le pale azionate e le vetrate aperte. Ambiente caotico e molto rumoroso. Assettati dopo 10 minuti di attesa ho dovuto richiamare l’attenzione di un cameriere per farci portare almeno dell’acqua per contrastla sete. Nota camerieri: in sala c’è una quantità elevatissima di giovani camerieri e molti dei quali danno l’impressione di girare a vuoto. Dopo un secondo richiamo al cameriere chiedo di poter avere qualche menu. Con calma arrivano e con altrettanta calma passano ad ordinare.
Per l’ordine dei primi piatti il cameriere ci dice che dalla cucina c’è da spettare mezz’ora così mia figlia e mia moglie decidono di prendere l’antipasto per ingannare l’attesa. Peccato che poi arrivano prima i due primi degli antipasti e dopo qualche minuto, praticamente in contemporanea, anche questi ultimi!! Risultato: le pietanze si raffreddano e il tavolo è strapieno…
Soute di vongole: scipito (fare la scarpetta sarebbe il suo buono!) e piene di sabbia.
Rombo al forno: doveva essere di 600 grammi. poi ci portano due filettini che saranno nemmeno la metà (ci dicono che fanno prima a portarli così che non pulirlo intero al tavolo..mah) anch’esso senza sale.
Garganelli agli scampi: senza sapore e senza sale

23/07/2024: I initially placed an order on Just Eat which was cancelled. I called the number on Google to ask for explanations: the first time the boy attacks me in the face, the second time the explanation is not very clear, the third time they don't answer. The fourth time I am called back from a different number than the one online and I am told that the business on Just Eat has closed but that I could place the order on the phone and I am told that the prices are higher than those on Just Eat. To which I ask him to wait a moment while I would have confronted the other guys who had to order and the guy on the phone with a listless and rude manner says the exact words "seh seh, ok" and shuts up in my face. Needless to say, in the end I didn't order anything, this experience was enough for me. Not even

08/08/2023: Solo per ordinare abbiamo aspettato almeno mezz'ora. Pizza immangiabile (una presa in giro) per non parlare degli hamburger che hanno provato a mangiare i miei amici ( chiaramente carne surgelata e stracotta) .
