10/01/2026: Quite disappointed, after many years visiting this time the pizza was not great. Too thin and soggy. We always visit every time we are in Faenza as the pizza was fantastic. This year it’s not the same :(

18/10/2025: The takeaway pizza was raw, not to mention the mushrooms were unseasoned and had no flavours, and in the second pizza we ordered we had asked for a double sausage, which was also paid for but was not included, having spent €21.50. It seems to me that the quality/price ratio is not correct.

Excellent value for money, kind and friendly staff.
Highly recommended! Even the sweet pizzas are delicious.

Every time we delude ourselves that it might be a good pizzeria given its proximity to home, but every time the wait turns into a delay, and the pizza I ate tonight was wet, as if they'd boiled it.

25/12/2025: This kiosk is located in Porta Montanara, with a small parking lot, near the center of Faenza. The atmosphere is welcoming and bright, with large windows surrounding the seating area for dine-in. The menu is varied and extensive, the prices are affordable, and the food is delicious. The staff is extremely friendly, fast, and well-organized. There is no table service, as it's a kiosk. It was a pleasant experience.

02/01/2026: The food is served with great dedication, the service is very fast, and the entire restaurant is extremely welcoming. The location is excellent and very discreet. The decorations are also very charming. It's the ideal place to eat right away.

11/01/2026: Not being locals, we tried it on recommendation, but the experience certainly can't be described as positive. Welcoming place and knowledgeable staff. At a table of 12, we had 3 mixed platters as appetizers and a grill for everyone. The grill didn't have any ribs or a single sausage, what was there was good, but the variety was absolutely lacking. 2 bottles of wine, 4/5 desserts, and 5/6 coffees, all for €36 per person... they seem a bit too much, I really don't think we'll be back.
09/01/2026: My colleagues and I went for lunch the week before Christmas. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the service; half our table received their lunch in a normal amount of time, while the other half had to wait over an hour. There must have been some issue, since a table that arrived after us received their food first. However, as an apology, they gave us a discount on the total.

They recently added self-service checkouts.

And then, unlike other pizzerias, they never go wrong with our thousand variations! :)

Ristorante Pizzeria Syrenè

05/07/2025: We have traveled to Northern Italy for the past 3 years (2023,24 & 25).
Syrene was one of the best restaurants that we have ever been to in any country. The staff, the food and the setting were superb. Paulo was the waiter that usually served us.
We traveled to Italy again this but it is with sadness that we see Syrene has closed.
We do hope that it opens again because it is a special place.
