27/09/2025: I stumbled upon this pizza place by pure chance. I was drawn to the ambiance and a smell I'd noticed out of the corner of my eye while walking by. I stopped for dinner and... what a surprise. I ate a pizza unlike any other. Definitely good and worth trying at least once. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back. It'll be my go-to.

14/02/2026: Repeatedly calling and getting a busy message means they're open and on the phone. Google says it's open and I'll be arriving after an hour's drive, but it's closed for vacation. Damn, why not update the hours on Google? Just to keep people moving.
24/01/2026: We ordered pizzas for dinner, one of which was burnt, one with raw and cold potatoes, and others with dough that was too thin, like piadina, and all the mozzarella and tomato slipped off the slice of pizza... I've been there several times before and the pizzas were very good, but this time they really messed up... I'm sorry to devalue the place like this, especially since the atmosphere is very nice.

30/03/2026: They were supposed to open at 11, but at 11:30 they were still closed. Last week we called to see if they could make pizzas at 11, and they said yes. It's a shame they're closed...
23/02/2026: New management took pizza tonight and it's not as good as the previous management. The pizza is disgusting. I finally threw it away.

05/07/2025: We have traveled to Northern Italy for the past 3 years (2023,24 & 25).
Syrene was one of the best restaurants that we have ever been to in any country. The staff, the food and the setting were superb. Paulo was the waiter that usually served us.
We traveled to Italy again this but it is with sadness that we see Syrene has closed.
We do hope that it opens again because it is a special place.

13/09/2025: Nice place, but the welcome and service weren't up to par. The pizza wasn't anything special, quite the opposite. I thought a place with a wood-fired oven would make good pizzas, but the crusts were almost frozen. Unnecessary rudeness. Too bad.
08/09/2025: Congratulations. First, the price is appropriate for the portions; they don't skimp, knowing that customers will remember them and return. Second, the atmosphere and service, both excellent. Third, and no less important—in fact, I think it's what matters most—is the quality of the products. Finally, a place that deserves respect, one of the few remaining, not just in the region. Don't change anything, because that's the only way to secure long-term customers.

We had spaghetti with clams, which was disappointing for a seafood place...the grilled fish was nothing special, and the seafood appetizer was rubbery and frozen.
High prices for what they offer!

04/04/2026: We went to this pizzeria tonight, just steps from our apartment, and I have to say the negative reviews don't reflect our experience at all. The pizza, despite being thin crust, was truly delicious, light, and easy to digest. The staff was kind, friendly, and very helpful, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
A simple but truly enjoyable stop: we'll gladly return.
22/03/2026: Terrible place and terrible service. We waited an hour for the food, then half an hour for the second course. Dirty. Non-existent service.

I'm sorry to have to criticize the desserts, but the quality was truly very poor, bordering on edible.
