I had never been to Senza impegno for pizza before, and after several times, both for dinner, for a quick pizza after the beach, and then for takeout, I have to say the pizza truly amazed me: spectacular, very good, and very easy to digest.
The staff, especially Alan the pizza chef, are always very helpful and attentive, always eager to please.
Top. Recommended!

19/08/2025: Once we arrived, the owner was already impatient, and so was the girl.
She touched all the pizzas with her bare hands, just like she'd touched the outside area.
We felt like we were a nuisance, which was a shame because the pizza was good.

28/09/2025: We couldn't take any photos because we were so hungry, but I can assure you that the pizzas were really excellent, and the staff was truly exquisite. 🤞A place to definitely return to.
08/09/2025: We went there spontaneously for a meal.
They serve gluten-free pizza, which was very, very tasty.
Our dog was fine outside and was immediately offered water.
The other pizzas were also exceptionally delicious!
Very friendly and absolutely reasonable in price.

14/07/2025: I ordered pizzas for myself and my colleagues. They were delivered very promptly, hot, and well-cooked. Other places, however, often have them burnt and dry. I will order again and hope the service stays this high.

20/09/2025: Bad food, bad service, unfriendly staff! You're not a guest here, just a cash cow! The bruschetta was anything but up to Italian standards, and the pasta tasted like it came from a package. Definitely not recommended! The Italian restaurant around the corner in Germany serves better food. The staff were very unfriendly and you didn't feel like a guest. It should have been a 0-star review, but unfortunately, you have to give it one star.

08/10/2025: I had a Sunday lunch during their opening hours, recommended by friends, and it was truly delicious. I had delicious spaghetti allo scoglio, and the scampi were excellent. Finally, a delicious pear strudel. The service was impeccable and friendly. If you're worried about getting dirty, they'll bring you a disposable bib, which is very useful.

17/08/2025: My partner and I have been getting takeout pizza for a few months now, and it's delicious. The dough is thin, just the way we like it, and it's always cooked to perfection, so you can't taste the flour like I used to. This is another plus for me. The ingredients are super fresh and high-quality, the pizzas are wide, and the value is excellent. The owners are also very kind and professional, from the phone call to the actual takeout service. The location is convenient, with parking right in front. I highly recommend it!

24/10/2025: Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. We sat down and ordered mushroom risotto and grilled vegetables, both of which were obviously frozen, both in taste and appearance. The glasses were dirty and tiny, and to make matters worse, they don't sell large bottles of water, only tiny bottles at an exorbitant price. The Coca-Cola on tap cost as much as two whole cans.
Not to mention the staff, who had to repeat our order several times because they couldn't understand what we'd ordered.
Honestly, calling it a restaurant is a compliment: never again.
23/10/2025: I wonder what right a business, especially one located in a central location, has to so easily mock people and society as a whole. Everyone knows it and everyone reads the signs: they don't accept payments by POS. Faenza Municipality, are you in or are you just pretending? Or are we always the only ones who have to pay taxes? Disgusting.

18/10/2025: It's a family-run business, so there's a lot of effort. I ate very well, and the draft beer was very cold and served in a nice, chilled mug.
26/06/2025: Easy, quick and reasonably priced squares of pizza. Just where we needed it.
We can also recommend the cold coffee cream they serve there as it really brightened up our day when we first arrived.

13/09/2025: Nice place, but the welcome and service weren't up to par. The pizza wasn't anything special, quite the opposite. I thought a place with a wood-fired oven would make good pizzas, but the crusts were almost frozen. Unnecessary rudeness. Too bad.
08/09/2025: Congratulations. First, the price is appropriate for the portions; they don't skimp, knowing that customers will remember them and return. Second, the atmosphere and service, both excellent. Third, and no less important—in fact, I think it's what matters most—is the quality of the products. Finally, a place that deserves respect, one of the few remaining, not just in the region. Don't change anything, because that's the only way to secure long-term customers.
