An authentic symphony of Mediterranean flavors that kicked off the meal with panache. **Scialatelli with seafood:** A fantastic first course! The pasta, perfectly al dente, went perfectly with the rich and tasty fish sauce. An explosion of taste that conquered the palate and left its mark. **Fried calamari:** Golden and crunchy calamari, light and dry. A real treat for the palate, impossible to resist! Fried to perfection, they were not at all greasy and their freshness was unmistakable. **Pastiera:** A sweet ending that delighted and enchanted. Fresh ricotta and soft wheat came together in an embrace of enveloping flavours, with a touch of candied fruit adding a note of liveliness. A real poem for the palate! **In summary:** A culinary experience to remember, a succession of impeccable courses that delighted the palate and satisfied the senses. 04/05/2024: Definitely not positive When we arrived at 11pm they made us sit down Ordered immediately but waited 40 minutes for four pizzas The waiters who blurt out because people arrive late Really sad pizza and low quality ingredients in my opinion If at a certain time you don't want the customer, you tell them no rather than doing these things You have gotten a lot worse over the years

05/04/2024: Splendid discovery, clean and well-ordered place with kind and welcoming owner, has ample parking, you can enjoy excellent fish and meat dishes. The first time we enjoyed an excellent cut of beef and we returned and this time we enjoyed excellent fish-based first courses and an exceptional fried seafood with grilled vegetables and chips. Excellent quality for the price. came back to taste the pizzas too and I can guarantee you that they are really good, well cooked and seasoned with quality ingredients. Try it to believe it

02/04/2024: Sober and elegant place, courteous and efficient staff with quick service even when the place is full, excellent quality of food, excellent fish, excellent pizza, expertly cooked traditional menu, I recommend everyone to try the patriarch, it's absolutely worth it, for the care and the great quality provided and constantly monitored by the owners. For me there is no grade beyond 10 on the report card, compliments to Mr Pino the owner and to all the table service staff.

05/05/2024: Beautiful decoration but let down by a few elements: 1. Digital menus are a terrible idea!!! Who want's to walk into a restaurant then sit on their phone for 10-15 minutes while they browse the menu. It creates a hostile atmosphere. 2. Everything was too rushed. When I ordered, the food arrived literally 2 minutes later. Doesn't really give the impression it's freshly prepared. My girlfriend's arrived around 10 minutes after at which point I was nearly finished. 3. The bread that was placed on the table was rock hard. Wasn't even edible. Has potential but didn't impress on our visit.

30/03/2024: One of the best restaurants in Modena for eating fish. We were there on days with not many people and they served us some delicious dishes. But also last Friday with an evening of music and dancing with lots of people, we were amazed by impeccable cuisine of excellent quality.

02/04/2024: Delicious pizza, very fast service even though we arrived on a Saturday evening at 8.30pm without a reservation. Environment: we were on the veranda which was a bit noisy with the street traffic. Worth coming back!
