The staff were very friendly, and the place was crowded during peak hours.
13/06/2026: Rudeness and rudeness. Maybe the food is good, but we didn't get there... too busy to even nod to those who stood still for minutes to order, only to be told "we have to work." To think I thought my job was to manage customers.
PS
We ate the piadina anyway, but at the kiosk in Gambettola where, even though she was alone, the lady found time to say good morning and take our order.

17/07/2026: We ate here during our holiday. Upon arrival, a lady who spoke English was brought over. Very nice, as our Italian is poor. Unfortunately, after that came a waitress who spoke no English and made no effort at all to understand us, despite using a few Italian words (we genuinely tried our best). As a result, the starter and main course were served at the same time. The salad was brownish and bland. The pizzas, however, were tasty with a good thin crust. The tiramisu was delicious! It is a charming terrace and fortunately some of the waitresses were friendly. That's why it still gets 4 stars.
11/07/2026: We had the Fisch Menu and all was great, Service excellent, very nice location near the river. only the seats are not so comfortable.

20/07/2025: Cibo buono che però ti rimane sullo stomaco per i modi poco carini della proprietaria. Se ha così tanta paura che i bambini si facciano male sui gonfiabili e di beccarsi delle denunce forse dovrebbe togliere i giochi oppure cambiare il lavoro. Ps: il modo con cui si parla sopratutto ai bambini è molto importante.
14/06/2025: Tempi d'attesa lunghi, personale lento. Le piadine non arrivano insieme ma tra una e l'altra saranno passati 5 minuti, mio marito ha trovato un pelo nel suo crescione e nella mia piadina mancava il gorgonzola.
Menomale c'erano i giochi tra l'altro alcuni rotti e pericolanti, e mio figlio si è intrattenuto ma un po' tutto da rivedere.
