06/06/2025: Dinner a few steps from the sea We have been frequenting Cesenatico for over 30 years, visiting the various venues of the beautiful town in Romagna. One Saturday evening we decided to have dinner at the Ristorante Capo del Molo located inside the Miramare hotel a few steps from the canal port of Cesenatico, at the end of Viale Carducci. We often saw it during our walks, but we hadn't been there for years. The restaurant, inside, is large and welcoming and enjoys a beautiful view of the canal port, especially at sunset. The menu offers many fish dishes as well as delicious pizzas. My wife and I therefore opted for a Cold Fish Antipasto, rich, abundant and tasty, as well as a pizza La Stuzzicante, a classic diavola with spicy salami revisited with parmesan flakes. The classic fish was an excellent and plentiful dish, as was the pizza (we read that the pizza chef has won several awards in the past). The service was quite fast and precise, despite the large number of guests present, although on several occasions the waiters went around the tables without looking up to see if any of the guests wanted to attract their attention. In fact, we waited longer to order desserts (Excellent Caprese Cake and Tiramisu) than initially to order the dishes for dinner. Being inside the Miramare hotel, the Cassa is located at the reception, right at the exit of the restaurant which also has several (perhaps too many) doors connecting one room to another: on several occasions I noticed some couples complaining about too much coming and going between one table and another in conjunction with doors that should remain closed to separate the reception area from the restaurant area. Overall, a more than positive opinion for the quality of the dishes.

02/06/2025: Too bad, we were very disappointed by the pizza which was quite dry (especially on the edges). In addition, the dishes did not arrive at the same time at all, we finished an entire dish and then we received the pizzas. On the other hand, the appetizers and dessert were really good.

04/05/2025: Esperienza da dimenticare, locale trascurato, cucina vecchia, camerieri che fanno il loro lavoro anche se potrebbero migliorare, i tagli della carne non sono conosciuti ne tantomeno sanno cucinarli, alle 19.30 non ci sono ne bruschette ne verdure e il locale e' sporco del servizio prima, 10 tavoli occupati su tutta la sala e per tenere aperto i prezzi di suddetta carne si inventano. Chiedendo chiarimenti, il gestore si pone aggressivo e presuntuoso, ha detto che tanto a lui i soldi non mancano, certo, ci ha fatto pagare anche un bistecca che abbiamo contestato senza toccarla 19€ (okkio! Bistecca alta non piu' di 5mm che doveva essere una costata al sangue ed e' arrivata ovviamente stracotta, ma "loro quelle hanno") Altrimenti la fiorentina, alta si ma la richiesta è di 7€ al hg quando sul menù e' indicata a 5€). Da 30 anni che frequento Cesenatico, è la prima( e sicuramente l' ultima) volta che faccio un' esperienza del genere.

21/04/2025: They ruined Easter for me. I went with my partner and 2 friends. Not fresh fish, an intrusive waiter (the only older one in the room) who wanted to force us to take what he said (instead the other guys in the room were very cute). We should have already understood that there was something wrong. All 4 of us were sick having caught some fish!! It's really absurd. I've been going to Cesenatico for years and I never write reviews in my life, but I really felt cheated. Don't sell fish that isn't fresh and pre-cooked pasta. I'm so sorry to write the first negative review of my life. But when 4 people are sick all night vomiting the fish we ate at the restaurant you can't pretend nothing happened. Also because people make sacrifices to go out to eat on Easter Sunday

17/05/2025: Siamo stati a cenare il venerdi sera, pesce , eravamo in 5 , non abbiamo nemmeno finito tutto quello che avevamo nel piatto , per fortuna, perché oltre a non essere buono siamo stati anche male. Un piatto di cozze lasciate a metà, il fritto … una persona del gruppo un’ora dopo essere tornati a casa è stata male e ha vomitato tutto , io alle 2 ero in piedi che stavo male , e sono stata male per i due giorni , un altro del gruppo è stato male di notte . Mangiare pesce al mare e stare male è vergognoso. Non oso pensare l’olio che hanno usato quanto era che friggeva . Poi frittura di pesce e verdure… non la denominazione del piatto doveva essere verdure fritte e pesce, penso ma meno male che il fritto lo abbiamo diviso a metà altrimenti non oso immaginare. Oltre a non avere un personale di sala preparato , ma questo è secondario rispetto ls commestibilità del cibo. Dovrebbero fare un giretto i NAS … oppure ASL ., ma meglio i NAS .

02/05/2025: Spaghetti alle vongole scotti e senza sapore. Il carpaccio di tonno sapeva solo di affumicato. Vino sfuso pessimo. Non ci tornerò mai più. Peccato perché la posizione è molto carina.
