01/04/2025: Trovandomi a passare voglio provare questa pizzeria. Vengo avvisato che c’è una comitiva danese e la sala dentro non era molto tranquilla. Opto per la veranda e da subito chiedo di accendere una stufa a fungo. Il proprietario ci serve subito per non far aspettare troppo(👍) anche perché ha poco personale. Fritti ottimi, pizza nella norma anche se l’avrei preferita più cotta. Il “problema” è che nonostante le mie insistenze non accedevano il fungo (chiesto 5 volte)e a fine serata la sig.ra / cameriera ha esclamato in modo ironico: “fa freddo??” Al conto, senza fare polemica, mi fanno risparmiare qualcosa e chiede scusa per la mancanza. Per me questa è professionalità… un bel po’ meno da chi deve accontentare la sala.

16/02/2025: Today, Goddess of Fortune unfolded. Terrible service. A lady was taking orders without any idea what was going on. She looked like she was just passing by, completely incompetent. The problems started with the appetizers after a long wait. If the meatballs require 6 pieces, why do you bring me 5????? The pizzas, the dough is always good, but... one pizza had a hair on it... disgusting... one arrived wrong, the other was an unwanted mini. We've been customers for years, but after today I don't think I'll go back. They didn't even apologize. It's a shame, sometimes on a bad day it's better to close and waste the day, rather than lose customers.

28/12/2025: An absurd experience, arrogant staff, and hilarious policies. I urge everyone to read to the end, as I'll inevitably need to provide some context. But we're not just talking about being unprofessional here, but also about taking advantage of the venue and the people who enter. I went to the jam night on December 26th, and I had a great memory of it, having been away for a couple of years. Upon arrival, you're asked for "entry" with this circus-like token-exchange system, but that in itself is debatable, and everyone manages their own space as they wish. The problem is what came afterward. At the entrance, a giant sign says the minimum entry is €6, which gives you three of their tokens. When I asked for two tokens, the lady at the door said, "No, tonight is €10." (It was a jam night identical to all the others they've hosted throughout the year, but since it was €26, they evidently wanted to offset the extra cost of staff on a holiday by raising the entry price for customers, without offering anything unusual in return.) The foosball table "eats" the coins, and when we asked for help, we were told, "No, you've lost your euro now." But the worst came when I tried to get a drink. To make a long story short, we were told that the first drink is a minimum of three tokens, so whatever you ask for, you'll pay the equivalent of €6. I, in particular (after a full meal), needed a Coke and a small bottle of water, and when I asked, the bartender told me that since the water wasn't mine (completely assuming), I'd have to pay three tokens (1 Coke and 1 water = €12). The guy looked at me and said, "There's a different standard, but why should I explain it to you?" When I asked him to explain, and that I'd understand since he wasn't talking to a person with a disability, I had to make it clear that the water was for me and that despite the extortionate minimum order policy (after also taking a minimum entry, let me point out), I wasn't trying to "cheat" anyone. I've worked in the restaurant business for years, and when I say that you can be as nice as you want, as trendy and popular as a place as you want, but if you don't know how to work and try these monopolistic moves, the result is always poor, I truly believe that.
