10/12/2025: Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. Admittedly, my visit was a few months ago. I was with a tour group, which meant everyone arrived at the same time and wanted to leave at the same time. Only three pizzas were brought to our table for four. (We all received four appetizers.) My pizza only arrived after I reminded them three times (about 15 minutes later). Consequently, the dessert (cake) also arrived late. Since the entire group had already finished, I didn't really have time to eat it. A waiter accidentally spilled my Coke, which wasn't a problem at first. When I asked for a new Coke, I was initially told I would have to pay for it. Only after a brief discussion did I finally receive it free of charge. Overall, it seemed to me that the staff was somewhat overwhelmed by the size of the group. Unfortunately, I forgot to write this review at the time. As I said, my visit was a few months ago, and the situation may be different now.

09/12/2025: The pizza was decent however the service could be better.

07/02/2026: They did a large order for our bus tour, they ran out of “ham and cheese” and so they took a margarita and threw some deli ham on top. Attached is a pic of what we had and a pic of what it was supposed to be. Very disappointed with their integrity. 17 euros.

04/02/2026: The store is spacious and close to the Pompeii Archaeological Park. The taste is like something you'd find at a highway rest stop or food court.

16/01/2026: High prices. Beware of the coffee. We stopped for a coffee before the tour and the bill was shocking. €5 for a cappuccino and €3 for an espresso. Table service €2 and bathroom entry €1

05/01/2026: Lunch was very good. When I went for an afternoon snack, I was treated quite badly and instead of giving me a cup of coffee, they gave me a fourth cup.

17/11/2025: Unfortunately, we made the mistake of not asking about the prices beforehand – they weren't displayed anywhere. We also had to wait a very long time for service. We were initially charged €20 for two 0.33-liter beers. Only after I inquired was the amount reduced to €12. The items on the bill were incomprehensible. Overall, it seems like a rip-off to me.

10/11/2025: The classic tourist trap that ruins Italy's image. No prices displayed (creative strategy, I imagine). Two takeaway coffees + a day-old sandwich: €15. Not an Italian tradition, but a tradition of ripping off tourists. Italy deserves better. Tourists too.
