04/01/2026: Terrible experience, inadequate and arrogant staff. We waited exactly 2 hours and 10 minutes for four simple pizzas, which arrived at different times. The pizza chef in the dining room alone was completely incapable of managing the customers; it was unnerving just to see how slowly he worked. The bathroom was filthy and disgusting.
03/01/2026: We arrived at 9:00 pm after a good 10 minutes of waiting near the door with the waitress who was passing back and forth without paying the slightest attention to us. I stopped her and made us sit at a dirty table that remained like that for the next 20 minutes. I called her again and she came and cleaned the table. After another 10 minutes she made us order. It was around 9:40 pm. She brought us water around 10 pm and then arrived with the pizzas at 10:30 pm...

14/12/2025: We visited this place, which is basically a rotisserie. In the summer, you might be able to dine in the garden.
The atmosphere is very basic, but the quality of the chicken and the panuozzi were excellent... and to top it all off, the owners' excellent hospitality... you'll feel right at home.
Average price: 10 euros

16/12/2025: The place is very large, the decor a bit run-down. It has a shabby feel, perhaps because of the low season.
I ordered an octopus salad, a bit cold but not bad, but it was sparse; there was no celery, a few cherry tomatoes, nothing.
Then came the scampi linguine, which was neither praise nor infamy, and a pre-packaged sorbet.
Beautiful plating isn't enough if quality doesn't support the whole!
Overall, I didn't have a bad meal, but the service was truly lacking and unprofessional. The quality-price ratio was very poor: €50 for a beer, an appetizer, and a first course; €6 for a commercial sorbet that costs less than a euro at the supermarket.
And it doesn't end there:
the bill was given on a slip of paper with no fiscal value, without a receipt.
I don't recommend it.

04/01/2026: Unfortunately, my review isn't entirely positive. I went to this restaurant with my family (12 adults and 1 child) last Sunday for lunch. The food was nothing to complain about, but the service and the bill were abysmal. The bill included items for dishes we never received, and instead of a steak with porcini mushrooms (as stated on the bill), we received a plain steak. Again, I'm writing this review with a heavy heart because I don't expect such a snafu from a beachfront restaurant with medium-high prices.
02/01/2026: Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was very disappointing: we were expecting a completely different New Year's Eve celebration. The service was slow and disorganized; after a long wait, we were practically ignored by the staff, who seemed more annoyed than helpful.
The dishes arrived completely cold, as if they had been prepared well in advance and then forgotten in the kitchen. In addition to the wrong temperature, the food was completely devoid of salt and any kind of flavor.
The worst part is that some of these dishes weren't even tasted, yet they were still added to the bill. I had to point this out to the staff.
I'm sorry, I can't recommend this place.

11/09/2025: Exceptional pizza, prepared in an extremely short time. Top-quality ingredients, a wide selection of pizzas, and a decidedly excellent value. One of the few pizzerias that makes a very thin, extremely light and digestible pizza. The staff is very young and friendly, but finding parking nearby is extremely difficult. They have limited spaces for eating in, otherwise you can take it away or have it delivered. If you find yourself in Castellammare di Stabia, it's definitely worth a try.

20/06/2025: Solemos arriesgarnos en restaurantes, lo que realmente nos hace apreciar encontrar un pequeño lugar como Pizzeria Girasole. Cuando entramos, le expliqué que no hablábamos mucho italiano. El personal inmediatamente encontró al empleado allí que hablaba el mejor inglés, y nos hizo sentir como en casa. ¡Se aseguró de que nos cuidaran!
La pizza era excelente, y entendí por qué había tantos lugareños. La carta de vinos no era muy extensa, pero estaba bien. ¡Mucho peroni a mano! Tampoco les importó que partiéramos una pizza, ya que solo teníamos algo de hambre. ¡Eso hizo que la factura también fuera un poco más ligera, lo que nunca está de más!
A pesar de que estaban preparando para una fiesta privada y salvando la habitación, no nos sentimos en absoluto apresurados a comer. Realmente se aseguraron de que tuvimos una gran experiencia. Volvería a este restaurante en cualquier momento!

01/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati a pranzo per il primo di maggio. Abbiamo ordinato 2 spaghetti a vongole e delle trofie con frutti di mare. Piatti insipidi, per non parlare dello spaghetto a vongole, pareva pasta scaldata senza essere insaporito dal pesce, alla stessa guisa delle vongole che parevano un prodotto decongelato. Pessima esperienza non ci ritorneremo più da evitare
01/05/2025: Ristorante pessimo!!! Camerieri scostumati, titolare pessimo, veloce per sedersi ma poi lunghissima attesa una volta seduti. Cibo scadente ma cosa peggiore, alla fine sullo scontrino prezzi lievitati rispetto al menu. Una vergogna, un ristorante da sequestro ( non esagero), non consigliato.

03/12/2023: Siamo stati a pranzo in questo locale e siamo andati via con mal di stomaco; cibo scadente, immangiabile.
Alla fine ci arriva il conto con solo la voce del totale senza specificare le cose prese, abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni, e avevano battuto cose in più.
Mai più, mai mangiato così male ! QUALITÀ’ PIÙ CHE SCADENTE!

22/12/2024: La mia famiglia ha acquistato un pandoro di appena 800gr.
Tralascio il valore richiesto dalla commerciante, neanche per 1KG di pandoro, ma non abbiamo mai mangiato 800gr di SOLO ZUCCHERO.
Un pandoro terribile, bagnato addirittura all'esterno. Da restituire alla commerciante, magari, ci spiegherà come è stato cotto (se è stato cotto)....
