Pizzeria Paiman In Castellammare di stabia

Delicious pizza and a well-kept restaurant. It's lovely to dine in the garden. We're not from the area, but we come back often.

My partner and I visited this pizzeria on Friday evening. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff were incredibly friendly, thanks to the attentive service provided by the waiter who accommodated our dietary needs (gluten-free). At the end of the evening, we had to congratulate ourselves on having tasted the best gluten-free pizza ever, so much so that we returned on Saturday evening for takeout. Overall, one of the best culinary experiences of our trip. Bravo!

Great place to eat with an amazing atmosphere and spectacular service

This pizzeria is located in a more inland area of ​​Castellammare di Stabia. We were two couples. I was attracted by the good reviews and wanted to check it out in person. Parking is easy on site; we parked in a small square 50 meters from the restaurant. From the outside, it initially appears rather small. However, once you enter, you realize the place is quite spacious with an outdoor area, which, however, wasn't open when we went. One nice thing was that we booked a table because, immediately after confirming it (all via WhatsApp), we were sent the location and menu. This gave us a good idea of ​​what we were getting before arriving. Although we did review the menu on site to be 100% sure. You can use their Wi-Fi, but you have to register, which requires providing some marketing information. This offer allows you to "win" something. My friend got a montanarina, and I got a digestif. Our table was actually two square tables, one of which was unfortunately wobbly; we secured it by placing a raised piece under the base of the foot. Perhaps these little inconveniences could easily be avoided. The staff is extremely kind, empathetic, and affable. We had some delicious appetizers (pulled pork and polenta sticks). Then we moved on to pizzas, and I had the Paiman, which featured some very, very flavorful roasted mushrooms. Overall, the pizzas were good and, in my opinion, well-balanced. We also found the draft beers to be good. We also really enjoyed the desserts (Delizia and Tre Cioccolati). I had a favorable impression of the bill, as I consider it lower than the average found elsewhere, which tends to make the quality/price ratio higher. I had no digestive issues either that evening or the next day. I'd say it was a really great experience.

The pizzas are good, the fried foods, even if they are homemade, are frozen and some are acidic. I honestly give them a passing grade. They could do better, but there is too much negligence towards customers.

It's a nice place located in the outskirts of the city, not too visible but well-maintained. It's a place I've never been to, but as far as organizing an online program with a menu list for on-site reservations and home delivery is concerned, it's a good performance. Today, March 25, 2026, at 9:30 PM, the home delivery of a half-meter pizza was very impressive, especially with the quality of the ingredients, which contrast with each other in flavor and aroma, allowing you to sense the aftertaste of each product from the soft dough, to the masterful cooking of the pizza chef.
