It's a nice place located in the outskirts of the city, not too visible but well-maintained. I've never been to this place, but in terms of organizing an online advertising program with a menu listing for on-site reservations and home delivery, they're doing a good job. Today, March 25, 2026, at 9:30 PM, the home delivery of a half-meter pizza was a great success, especially with the quality of the ingredients, which contrast with each other in flavor and aroma, allowing you to experience the aftertaste of each product, and the soft dough, baked to perfection by the pizza chef. Pizzeria Paiman is a large restaurant located slightly outside the central area of ​​C. Mare. The restaurant is very large and well-organized, with two indoor dining rooms and an outdoor dining room that's only available in the summer, making it suitable for large groups. Next to the dining room is the oven and the cash register. One negative aspect concerns the service: when we arrived, quite early, the wait was average. However, as more customers arrived, service slowed, and some people who arrived after us complained about the wait. It's clear that during busy periods, there's still room for improvement in the dining room's organization. The pizza was good, well-made, and with quality ingredients, and it's definitely the restaurant's strong point. The price is also fair and in line with the offerings. As for parking, there's parking near the pizzeria, and there's also street parking, so it wasn't a problem. In short, I recommend this place for the quality of the pizza, the spacious space, and the good value. A little quicker service during peak hours would make the experience even more complete.

I went to eat a panuozzo with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience wasn't entirely positive. The panuozzo was definitely overcooked, almost black in some parts, a sign that it had probably been in the oven longer than it should have been. This compromised the flavor and texture of the dish. Furthermore, the waitress (who I believe was also the owner) was rather hasty: she took our plates away almost immediately without asking if we had finished our meal, giving the impression of wanting to rush the service. I hope they can pay more attention to both the cooking of the dishes and the customer service, because with a little more attention, the experience could improve.

Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and the menu was excellent. The pizza was definitely among the best, if not the best, in Castellammare and the surrounding area. We'll definitely be back.

Pizzeria Rosa

12/02/2026: I remembered this pizzeria with a huge veranda in front. I think it must have been out of order because it's gone now—the veranda, of course, but the pizzeria, fortunately, is still there. My wife and I went there a few days ago. The pizza was excellent, the price was fair, and even affordable. Nothing like the other famous pizzeria not far from here, where you even pay for the air conditioning and the pizza isn't superior at all—quite the opposite, I'd say. I had a Montanara, and they didn't wait for it to deflate before pouring the sauce on top. That's never happened before, but the visual effect was remarkable. The only thing missing was the slice of mozzarella, which I'll add next time. The other pizza was the "Concettina," which was also very good, with prosciutto crudo and the rest in the empty corner of the plate as a side dish. It's a novelty that's not a bad thing, and perhaps it has its merits. The place isn't the end of the world, but who cares? I focus on the quality of my food first, the rest comes later, and in any case, the tabletops are marble, as is traditionally the case in all pizzerias. I'd recommend it, and I'll be back soon.
