01/12/2024: I ordered 6 pizzas at 5.15pm so they could arrive on time at 9-9.30pm. Once that time has come we call the pizzeria to ask the status of my order, and I receive a reply with "it will arrive in half an hour if you come in 10 minutes we will prepare them for you" so we decide to go and get them ourselves to eat at least at a specific time decent; once we arrive we place our order and wait. Needless to say, instead of taking 10 minutes, it took over 50! (What happened not only to us but to most of the people who were there)

03/12/2024: This place is a scam! They offer some bruschetta and fry stuff and then put extra 15eur on the bill without asking. Then the beer becomes not 3.5 as in the menu, to 5 eur. Gluten-free pizza doubles up in price, and all that without telling the client. Our total was supposed to be 40 Eur and the bill came to 67 Eur. With some discussions, they reduced it to 50 Eur. This was thanks to one of us speaking Italian. Total tourist scam of Napoli! Avoid at all cost, it's a shame!

31/10/2024: We have never eaten such bad frozen pizza and reheated spaghetti in our entire life. How dare you do such a bad thing to a person. It must be avoided from afar!!! 1 star only because it was not possible to give 0. A mockery of the wonderful Amalfi road is the Europa Gelateria Bar 🤮

18/11/2024: La pizzeria si presenta esteticamente molto curata ma soprattutto pulita senza troppi fronzoli . La pizza è davvero buona nulla da dire sulla qualità dei prodotti … unico neo rimane l accoglienza , il cliente non viene curato o coccolato anzi mi è sembrato quasi di essere di troppo … peccato

29/10/2024: Pizza eccezionale, locale accogliente . I bagni ( andrebbero curati un po’ di più) scomodi , i ragazzi in sala ben cordonati .

23/08/2024: We went to look for something nice to eat but the lady behind d the counter screamed TRY TRY YOU HAVE TO TRY to me. Because of this we walked away very fast because it seemed fishy, and I was right!

19/07/2024: They prepared a table for us outside under the sun with 35° in the shade, water and beer at room temperature, poor quality pizzas, arrogant and rude staff, and last but not least, a bill with prices totally different from those displayed and written on the menu........ It looked like an episode of "Nightmare Kitchens"

16/07/2024: Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the place. The location itself doesn't have any major problems, but we found ourselves waiting an hour and a quarter, despite the place being practically empty, for two mediocre plates of spaghetti with clams. We were advised to break our hunger while we waited with some bruschetta and we were given two tomato bruschettas and two measly mozzarella balls, paid a total of 9 euros. At the time of the bill we were told that the POS wasn't working and we had to pay in cash, without noticing that we were also made to pay for 1L of wine instead of the vehicle we had taken. I'm sorry but a terrible experience, a great shame given that in terms of location it is very convenient

07/12/2024: Pizza lontana dalla tradizione.Resta solo il nome.Troppo sottile,elastica,umida,carissima da 12 a 14 €, l’acqua non in bottiglia da 50 cl. a 2,7 € e la birra da 0,2 a 4 €.Per non farsi mancare nulla oltre al coperto c’è da pagare il servizio….sara’ possibile farselo da soli?Mai più.

01/12/2024: Veramente vergognoso! Abbiamo aspettato 2 ore per una pizza (nella media per la zona di Napoli). Personale scorretto e maleducato. Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni del ritardo delle nostre due pizze ci è stato risposto che abbiamo preso anche l’antipasto per cui il nostro ordine è finito dietro a quello di altri (???). Non andate, tutta scena!

27/12/2024: If it's about food I give 3 stars with the knowledge that I'm sitting at a diner and I can't have who knows what high expectations! All in all the food is acceptable. The creepy thing is the staff inside!!! I was there at the beginning of December and I understand that maybe it was closing time (3.00 pm) but if you have to treat customers like Meloni treats the latest refugees who landed on the island of Lampedusa I advise you to say that you are closed and not let them in so that you make a better impression. What was written on the blackboard was not available and they couldn't cook it anymore because they said it was closing time and I had to settle for what I saw in the window!!! I am satisfied without any problems until I then move towards the desserts and ask for a tiramisu, I thought that the one in the window was only for display but absolutely no they take it and give it to me, I am shocked because it was clearly the last leftover in the pan and they wanted to place it on me which I politely refuse and I also point out why to the boy who clearly treated me as if he had a ghost in front of him! I also work in the same sector and I can tell you that we often forget that those who stop by to eat contribute to our economic stability! If you are dissatisfied with this, change jobs or at least don't try to take your dissatisfaction out on customers! To finish at the checkout I ask the boy, dark hair, quite robust and with a very rude manner, if it was possible to have some bread but he says it was finished, they were about to close!! I ask for the cutlery and napkins that he had put aside, as perhaps mentally he was already at home. I sit at a table quite close to the counter and the cashier and while I'm having lunch I notice a customer who arrives at the cashier and mysteriously finds another cashier who satisfies his request for bread... There was the icing on the cake that if I hadn't already paid I would have left everything there and gone.

22/12/2024: We went this morning for 3 takeaway coffees We had to go back because there was less than one coffee in the glass. The bartender said he forgot 2 THIEVES.

19/10/2024: Das Essen war ein absoluter Albtraum. Ich habe eine Carbonara bestellt mein Mann hatte Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchten. Die Meeresfrüchte haben gestunken Und in meiner Carbonara waren die Fleischstückchen total intensiv und unangenehm. Wir haben den Kellner darauf angesprochen, und er sagt, dass alles ganz frisch sei. Obwohl wir unsere Speisen nicht gegessen haben, mussten wir alles bezahlen. Kein Nachlass und der Kellner war auch sehr dreist als wir unsere Unzufriedenheit ausgedrückt haben. Dass Sie uns zu Beginn den falschen Wein gebracht haben, war nur der Anfang einer absoluten Enttäuschung. Ich kann die positiven Rezensionen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Vielleicht hattet ihr auch einfach nur Glück.

15/12/2024: Terrible experience. Not only did the pizzas arrive after hours and hours of waiting, we also all felt sick to our stomachs at night because the pizzas were raw and inedible.

15/12/2024: Veramente terribile. ore di attesa, prese in giro, pizze crude e mal di pancia. 1) più di 3 ore di attesa, abbiamo chiamato più volte e ogni volta e ci dicevano che le pizze stavano per uscire, ovviamente non era vero. Alla fine ci sono arrivate alle 23:30 inoltrate 2) pizze crude, abbiamo dovuto metterle in forno. 3) pizze unitissime 4) siamo stati tutti male con la pancia la notte NON PRENDETE LE PIZZE DA LORO, SOLDI BUTTATI

01/09/2024: A Neapolitan takeaway sandwich that tasted like it had gone bad, with an inflated price probably due to the fact that I looked like a tourist (receipt clearly not issued).

27/08/2024: Completely mocked, cuoppo di mare paid 14 euros when on the restaurant menu it was sold for 11. Endless waiting and rudeness from the staff. Overall the fried food was good, shame about the context.
