21/09/2025: No, we can't recommend this place. The wine was okay, but otherwise... A menu with interesting dishes at moderate prices hangs outside the restaurant. In the almost empty restaurant, we were given a list of two completely different starters, first and second courses, each with no prices. No other dishes or side dishes were offered. We ordered scaloppine and sea bream and, without further ado, received three thin slices of meat in unseasoned tomato sauce with four olives, as well as a soft, breaded piece of frozen fish with a shredded lettuce leaf and a lemon wedge. The bill, which we only received after asking at the reception, listed two set menus at a fixed price of €15 each. When we ordered, no menu price was mentioned, and we received what appeared to be appetizer-sized main courses.

29/07/2025: I can only applaud the lead actor's great performance. I'll start by saying that a few years ago we went to Cocis in Pizzo, near the shopping center, and twice, even though the chicken and pizza were good, they always treated us the same way: a higher bill, and when we asked for a detailed receipt, they added other dishes. We arrived on July 26th, 25th, and we ordered chicken and pizzas for a group of about 15 people. The first thing I said to the friends I was sitting with was that a few years earlier in Pizzo, they had tried to cheat me with the price twice. I have to say that the food is good, both the pizza and the chicken, but the bill remains the real price. When it came time to pay the bill, the man who had greeted us showed up with the classic handwritten note: TOTAL 300 euros. After a quick calculation, we immediately realized there was a problem, and the waiter who did the calculations told us that we hadn't even been charged for the children's first courses (2/3 penne with tomato sauce). So, already with our previous experience, we asked for the itemized bill, and then, like magic, the first courses appeared again. To avoid unnecessary words, I looked at the menu and realized that the wines we ordered had been increased in price to bring the bill to the round figure of 300... APPLAUSE for the third time... COCIS, BRILLIANT IN THE KITCHEN AND PHENOMENAL AT COUNTING... Of course, as soon as we pointed this out, they justified themselves by saying that the menus had been poorly designed and the bill had been adjusted... OBVIOUSLY. With this I just want to make a note to the managers of this place, you are good at cooking and you have a beautiful place, so you absolutely must not risk incurring any fines or anything else, to recover a few more euros it is not worth it and ABOVE ALL THE CUSTOMER IS SACRED... he is the one who goes where he is treated well and does not deserve to be cheated

26/07/2025: Ristorante letteralmente a due passi dal centro. Ambiente molto accogliente e personale super disponibile ed attento alla cura del cliente. Pizza ottima e piatti a base di pesce eccezionali. È senza dubbio il mio ristorante preferito in zona.

24/06/2025: posto semplice ed accogliente: sia pizzeria che trattoria, veloci nel servizio. Ottimo cibo senza tanti orpelli. Peccato rimanga fuorimano: se non lo conosci, non lo trovi.

05/07/2025: stupendo niente da dire complimenti al personale e al pizzaiolo. c’è una bella aria piacevole la pizza è cotta al posto giusto. Se cercate un ristorante-pizzeria questo è il posto giusto

06/05/2025: War hier für eine schnelle Pizza am späteren Abend. Nettes Lokal mit freundlichem Service, leckeren Pizzen zu sehr vernünftigen Preisen. Habe grosse Lust, nochmals für ein ausführlicheres Essen vorbeizukommen.

09/11/2024: Posizione molto suggestiva, sul lungomare della marina di Pizzo. Abbiamo mangiato dell' ottima frittura di calamari , freschi e teneri e una torta di mele appena sfornata davvero eccellente. Il personale attento, gentile e professionale.

03/10/2024: Esperienza pessima in questo locale !Da non ripetere...stavamo rischiando di rovinare il nostro weekend!Eravamo in due.Ci hanno lasciato in attesa di un tavolo per almeno un quarto d'ora,pur essendoci tanti tavoli liberi sia all'esterno sia all'interno.Ordinimo due pizze:una semplice Primavera(Del Capo) e una vegetariana.Arrivano dopo un'infinità di tempo dall'ordinazione,facendo passare altre persone arrivate dopo di noi.Un impasto pessimo..molle sotto e biscottata sopra..pesante difficile pure al taglio da fredda una gomma..il pomodoro da sapore acido ,ma soprattutto sulla pizza del Capo hanno messo un prosciutto crudo di scarsissima qualità,dal colore equivoco, dall'odore nauseabondo e dal sapore vomitevole.Anche l'altra pizza ci ha lasciato con un senso di nausea incredibile.Siamo andati alla ricerca di una farmacia di turno per cercare un rimedio qualsiasi e abbiamo passato tutta la notte con un'indigestione.. in bagno tra nausea,vomito,dissenteria e flautolenza ..abbiamo rischiato il Ps e ancora adesso ci accompagna il senso di nausea e di disgusto.un posto con una pizza orribile!..La prossima volta segnalo ai nas

13/09/2024: In vacanza a TROPEA e pizza con gruppo di amici. Ottimo l'atteggiamento del personale ma la pizza era al di sotto delle aspettative. In particolare gli ingredienti non erano assolutamente di qualità. Buono il Tartufo di Pizzo.

Prima tra tutti la bistecca la rosa di scottona, carne tenerissima, cotta alla perfezione e sapore sublime, ma anche gli antipasti della casa ottimi con prodotti a Km 0. La maggior parte dei prodotti sono di loro produzione, anche le patate fritte...gustosissime😍. Se siete in zona dovete andarci. Prezzi adeguati. Complimenti 👏

16/07/2023: Ottimo "Antipasto del Pirata" abbondante e gustosissimo! Sapori che ti fanno sentire a casa di nonna . Fritti, salumi, formaggio, legumi...tutto di ottima qualità. Prodotti e vino di propria produzione. Ottima carne, tenera e saporita ...La pasta fatta a mano davvero buonissima. Anche le patatine, semplici ma casarecce e tagliate a mano. Che dire... Sapori tipici calabresi che al giorno di oggi abbiamo quasi dimenticato. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che cercano i sapori autentici di una volta e qualità!
