30/05/2026: We had an amazing experience at Porta Nova in Tropea. The pizza was absolutely delicious—one of the best we have had in Italy. The food is truly authentic Italian, prepared with great care and high-quality ingredients. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and spoke excellent English, which made us feel very welcome. It is rare to find a place in Tropea that offers such tasty food at such reasonable prices. The quality-to-price ratio is exceptional. We highly recommend Porta Nova to anyone visiting Tropea and looking for authentic Italian cuisine, great pizza, and excellent service. We will definitely return on our next visit! 03/05/2026: Disappointing, I ordered some savoury mignon for a buffet in the afternoon, I was advised three pieces per person, in reality these mignon were enormous, therefore aesthetically ugly and not very suitable for the afternoon, in fact of the 6 trays a tray and a half were consumed, no one dared to have dinner at 6pm, it's a shame 100.00 wasted and on top of that the disappointment

06/05/2026: We go to Il Golosone almost every morning, and it's become a must-try. The coffee is always excellent, as are the sandwiches. The pizza dough is phenomenal. The staff is friendly and super helpful. If you're in the Maierato area, it's definitely a place to try. Highly recommended!

27/03/2026: An excellent stay, far exceeding expectations. The rooms were renovated, clean, and, given the cold weather of March 2026, very warm. The staff was friendly, but especially the breakfast. A wide variety of cakes, all different and very fresh, with special attention to gluten-free and lactose-free options. And the coffee, not the usual ground coffee, but pods and a coffee machine.

25/10/2025: My girlfriend and I had a lovely evening at Ristorante Collemare. We received a warm welcome. Unfortunately, since the end of October is the end of the season, they ran out of pizza. Instead, we both had a delicious pasta dish with fish. Compliments to the chef. The tiramisu was homemade and we absolutely loved it. We would come back anytime.

24/03/2026: Tropea, Lido Costa degli Dei, "Coast of the Gods" is a very nice small town beach. It has a beautiful sandy beach, located at the foot of the sanctuary of Santa Maria Dell Isola, a great place for a cloudless and sunny holiday.

19/05/2026: I'm only reviewing the restaurant. It's actually the only one in the area open during the day. The pizzas are freshly made, delicious, and the service is friendly. The place is quiet, even though it's on the road.

17/05/2026: We were there for dinner, so there's no room review 😁 The food was delicious, the seafood pizza was very good, and the pasta was also good. The nonno pizza was good, the carbonara pasta was spicy, and the egg was a bit too hard, but it all went together well.

25/05/2026: The best restaurant in tropea, so good that we had to go back 2 days later. One of the best meals I have ever had in my life you could not ask for more, lovely pasta, unreal swordfish and the tuna steak was the best cut of fish I have ever eaten. Atmosphere was also amazing, playing great music and off the main strip so none of the classic tourist trap stuff. Could not recommend more to anyone visiting Tropea

12/05/2026: We ate here twice during our holiday. The staff is always attentive and the pizza is delicious. The prices are very reasonable, as is the Aperol. We never had to wait long. A definite recommendation from us! 👍🍕

11/05/2026: Very nice and friendly staff, helpful with the selection. The drinks (Spritz) were all very good and tasty. We really enjoyed the food; the appetizers and pizza are highly recommended. We spent three hours there and would definitely come back.
