Magic Pizza

14/02/2026: We were a group of friends heading home, further south than Belvedere, and we trusted the positive reviews. It was all true!
The pizzeria was clean, even the restrooms (it felt like home, and it's not easy to find them like that everywhere). The staff was incredibly kind:
They welcomed us with a tomato bruschetta, which was much appreciated.
Pre-pizza: classic French fries with their skins on were plentiful and delicious, but the real highlight was the pizza.
We weren't expecting it: HUGE pizza, thin, crispy, and cooked in the oven (in full view).
Highly recommended pizzeria! Kudos to all the staff and owners!

24/05/2026: My wife and I were occasionally passing through Belvedere, where we were staying overnight, and the B&B host recommended this restaurant. It was 10:30 PM on a midweek evening in April, so not a very busy time. Nevertheless, we received attentive and attentive service from kind people who were concerned about making us feel comfortable. The food was very good, honest, fresh, without gimmicks or deception. The seafood salad was very fresh, without vinegar (which usually serves to cover up imperfections), with an unmistakable seafood flavor, excellent. The tuna steak was very well cooked, all washed down with an excellent wine at a very reasonable price. Calypso is one of those rare places where you find meaning among the people who work there, the pride and self-esteem in wanting to offer something good. We returned the next day, bringing friends with us and also trying the first courses... everything was very good! Well done!!

07/04/2026: Beautiful setting, shame they still have Christmas decorations up at Easter....unfriendly service and for the bill I paid it seems exaggerated 470 for eight.... We had to wait until 4 pm for 5 first courses...we arrived at 1 and left at 5....personally I didn't like it....the appetizers were missing some pieces...we were treated really badly thanks for the truly awful Easter Monday

28/04/2026: The place is very charming and beautiful, near a small river. The road is a bit remote to reach, but it's still quiet. The food is good, and the staff is very kind and friendly. I've been there several times and have always had a great experience.
23/04/2026: Beautiful restaurant with a panoramic view of the Diamante sea. An elegant setting, perfect for events and ceremonies.
Quality cuisine, especially the seafood dishes, and the pizzeria is certainly up to par.
Friendly and helpful staff.
In short, I highly recommend it!

I have to say they deserve all five stars.
The aperitifs were plentiful, they have excellent options for a quick bite, the staff is very kind, and the view is fantastic.
03/06/2026: Two aperitifs to take to the beach, so in plastic. Normal requests: two Campari spritzes. €14.
Without asking or offering a bag of chips... While at the tables, plates of pizzas/savoury snacks, etc....
Bah, I'm shocked.

07/02/2025: Sono stato in questo sala ricevimento e sono rimasto un po' deluso, locale e posto bello ma alcune cose vanno riviste cibo nella media ma servizio pessimo un matrimonio non può durare 7 ore bisogna rinforzare la cucina e la sala in questi casi risparmiare le 100 euro sul personale è contro producente cominfatti io e tutti i commensali vi abbiamo bocciato
24/09/2024: Posto incantevole, servizio pessimo, cucina non qualificabile. Conto salatissimo e fatturazione assente, Assolutamete da sconsigliare. il riso non era adeguatamente mentecato, tanto che sembrava uninsalata insipida, Il metre è sempre assente per gran parte della serata, pertanto dovrete trovare il vostro tavolo e servirvi i vino , quando arriva, da soli. Il prezzo della vostra cena verrà gonfiato al finale a fronte di una ricevuta che riporta solo metà della spesa.
