10/08/2024: Location in a strategic area near the airport. Stopped for lunch, I had octopus salad (good) and spaghetti with anchovies (failed). The guys who serve are very kind and the place is very welcoming and well-kept. Good value for money all in all. The real problem is the timing, half an hour for the pasta, so much so that I thought they had forgotten to order. The somewhat resentful restaurateur told me that they prepare everything at the moment and therefore these are the technical times. Maybe, but my pasta was also overcooked and the sauce too watery... If you don't have time problems go there, still worth a try.

09/08/2024: Great family owned restaurant and the end of Corso Masini that has an outstanding view of Catanzaro. A must walk and then eat at Porto Marina. Twin brothers and their parents have always operated this restaurant and they provided an amazing, friendly and fun environment. Food was great and plentiful.

18/08/2024: La pizza in teglia senza eguali a catanzaro . Qualita’ dell impasto e degli ingredienti eccezionale. Che la si voglia mangiare sul posto o portarla a casa non fa differenza la qualita’ è sempre super. I ragazzi ti danno la possibilita’ di ultimare la cottura a casa con solo 5 min di forno o padella e vi assicuro che si mangera’ una pizza come appena sfornata . 5 stelle son poche , dipendenza .

Tutto tipico come l’antipasto misto con pipe e patate, morzello, soffritto e salumi, la pasta piena (al forno), le patate silane, i vini Iuzzolino con giusti rincari. Prezzo onesto

13/07/2024: Si mangia in un gradevole giardino situato all'interno delle antiche mura perimetrali della struttura presistente, forse una vecchia masseria, che isola un pò il posto dal degrado generale di Nicastro. Il personale è cortese, professionale ed attento. La scelta dei piatti non è molto varia, specie mangiandovi spesso, ma sia gli antipasti che i primi sono piacevoli. Ho invece trovato il maialino asciutto e le cipolle di tropea slegate dalle carne. Buoni i dolci.

Family atmosphere, helpful and courteous people, quality preparations with carefully chosen ingredients. It is possible to request pizzas with different types of flour according to your needs. The aperitif is also highly recommended with always different products based on the preparations of the day, always different and fresh.
