12/07/2026: Three stars for the location, but the pizza isn't anything special. Perhaps they should pay more attention to the dishes before they reach the customer.

14/02/2026: This bistro has changed location! The owners have opened a new restaurant, "Alle volte," which is decidedly upscale!
02/11/2025: Two of us went yesterday, November 1st. It was packed, but the service was very efficient, with reasonable wait times.
We had tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, guanciale, and saffron, which were truly excellent 🤤😍, and then the Angus steak served on a soapstone, so you could decide how well you want the meat done!
Everything was delicious; I absolutely recommend going there!

14/06/2025: L'ambiente è accogliente e caratteristico, con un'atmosfera che sa di tempi passati, contribuendo a rendere l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Il personale è sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto a consigliare al meglio, aggiungendo un tocco di calore che fa la differenza.
Marco e sua moglie Eleonora saranno degli ottimi "suggeritori".
In sintesi, Ada Nurzia è una tappa obbligatoria per chiunque voglia assaporare autentici sapori di Tagliacozzo...e oltre!! Ottima la cantina.
