07/11/2025: We called and booked about an hour and a half before our arrival. Upon arrival, the staff lacked empathy, and it was as cold as the unheated room, which was 30°F outside (we had to wear jackets to dinner). When we pointed out that the room was cold, the staff, with a pissed-off look, initially said that the heating system hadn't turned on (I wonder, shouldn't the room temperature be checked beforehand in a restaurant?) or that they were letting customers in without knowing the reason for it... Mushroom risotto, FULLY COVERED IN CREAM, so much so that it merged with the rice and the few mushrooms... WILD BOAR THAT TASTED NOT AT ALL LIKE THAT, BUT MORE LIKE A SORT OF STEW WITH TOMATOES AND A DAMNED SALTY! So much so that we couldn't even finish it. When we left, we were asked, "Was everything okay?" Having pointed out the insane critical issues, instead of trying to apologize and verify what we were told, we were arrogantly told, "SO IT WASN'T GOOD AT ALL??!!" ...well, maybe the water, to be honest, but here the deadbeat saying that the customer is always right is more than far-sighted. Not a fair quality-price ratio at all. Not recommended.

05/10/2025: Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review because we ordered two takeout pizzas, and when we arrived, they didn't even appear to have been marked. We placed our order again and saw that the pizza chef threw away two of the pizzas (they were ours, as one was gluten-free). After a good 20 minutes, the pizzas were delivered... I saw how things were going, so I decided to check them; obviously, they were wrong, so I went in and pointed out that they were wrong, and we didn't hear a single "sorry" or "we're sorry." They were remade from scratch... or at least that's what we thought. Once we got home, after a good 35 minutes in the restaurant, we ate the pizzas (as shown in the attached photos). We found a sausage inside (an ingredient that had been put on the wrong pizza), so at this point I really think they removed the wrong ingredient from the pizza and put the right one on top... Also, my gluten-free pizza was completely burnt on the sides, inedible. While the regular one seemed almost raw. You'd better change jobs.
