22/01/2025: We ate very well in this restaurant. The staff is super courteous and the service was fast, precise and friendly. maybe the bill is a little high for a restaurant but all in all it's okay.

Excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes and clean, comfortable rooms. Fabulous breakfast with homemade products. Fabulous jams and desserts.

04/01/2025: We stopped at this restaurant during a long hike in the valley. The food served is very good even if not all dishes are typical. The staff is very good, attentive, available for every request and also very friendly. We also asked for generous portions in two dishes and they understood and executed correctly. We weren't crazy about the place as it is very simple and spartan but you can certainly feel the warmth and welcome of the people who work there.
