28/09/2025: Wow! I rarely give 5 stars, but this place truly enchanted us. The location is warm and welcoming. The staff is kind, helpful, and super professional. We had two appetizers, two main courses, and a dessert, along with wine and water. The portions were adequate and the prices fair. The food was excellent, showcasing local products. Highly recommended!!!
PS: If I may recommend something... I would have liked some honey on the cured meats and cheese platter.
26/09/2025: Welcoming place, attentive staff, and fast service. The menu is rather limited, but in my opinion, that's a good thing because the dishes are expertly prepared. Personally, I can say that the Fassona steak is one of the best cuts I've ever eaten: crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. Truly delicious! I'll have to come back to try the desserts.

25/08/2025: I recommend this place to everyone. The service is excellent, the portions are generous and delicious, with several vegetarian options (starters and appetizers). The desserts are also delicious. We were just passing through, but if we were to return to the area, we'd definitely stop here to eat again!

17/09/2025: We ate very well, the staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We relaxed and had a great time after a nice walk.
16/09/2025: Highly recommended! You do need a vehicle, but the valley is beautiful for spending a few peaceful days here. The price/performance ratio of the rifugio is worth 6 stars. It's simple, but everything is clean, there's a normal toilet and a squat toilet, and three showers in the shared bathroom that work perfectly. The hospitality of Silvia, Giorgio, Alessandro, and Lucian is unbeatable. Thanks again for being patient with me and my rudimentary Italian :-) English is always fine here, too. If the opportunity arises, I'd love to come back. It's also ideal for motorcyclists. A day trip via Simplon, Furka, and Gotthard, and back over the pass road from Locarno toward Domodossola through the town of Re with its impressive basilica, is strenuous but recommended.

21/09/2025: Hotel Minoli and Hotel Miravalle are the 2 most wonderful hotels there are, not to mention the hotel staff who are so wonderful and very kind, excellent food and excellent cakes from Mrs. Giovanna, wonderful, warm and welcoming rooms, I recommend it to everyone, I can't wait to go back 😊
20/09/2025: We arrived at 1:10 PM, two of us with our dog. We hadn't booked, but it was clear there were at least 4 or 5 tables free.
The first waitress told us, "We don't have any tables ready." I replied, "Let's wait 10-15 minutes, what's the problem?" The waitress's response was that it wasn't possible and she had to wait tables.
The second waitress told us we were late and they weren't serving at a certain time.
If they don't accept dogs, they can say so, but given the way they've behaved, they'll never see me again, even if I come without my dog. Rudeness and mockery of the customer.

07/07/2025: Il titolare è un grandissimo cafone, maleducato e importuno. Mentre eravamo nel suo bar (coi nostri figli piccoli) si è intromesso in una nostra conversazione e si è messo a bestemmiare come uno scaricatore, pensando di risultare simpatico. Quando glielo abbiamo fatto notare, prima ha negato, vigliaccamente, poi, da vero galantuomo, invece di scusarsi ci ha insultato. Sconsigliamo decisamente questa struttura.
26/02/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questo posticino fantastico per puro caso, perchè ci siamo fermati per due giorni a Premia in un microscopico appartamento affittato da mia figlia..due serate fantastiche! Cibo ottimo, anche quattro primi, secondi gustosi e perfetti..un ambiente carinissimo e curato nei particolari, un mucchio di oggetti in legno....e poi personale gentilissimo e veramente competente..mi sono sentita a casa e coccolata, anche perchè io sono intollerante al lattosio e non sempre nei ristoranti ho trovato così tanta attenzione nei miei confronti....mi mancano già! Ma ritorniamo certamente..e in fretta!!
