11/05/2025: I give 1 star only because zero cannot be given. I often go to all you can eat and I've tried many, but I've never had such poor, truly terrible service in any one! We arrive at around 1.50pm, we order immediately via tablet, after 40 minutes we don't even get 1 dish... we point this out to the dining room staff, who says they will go and ask... then 2-3 dishes arrive almost immediately, and we think that the situation has finally been resolved... but no! Nothing again for another 20 minutes... moral of the story: the things ordered at 1.50pm were brought to us almost all together "en masse" at 3.06pm!! When the place was practically closing... with the result that we almost had to eat things by force and in a hurry, and obviously there wasn't time to do an encore or a trio calmly, which should be the norm at an all you can eat restaurant! Since the food didn't arrive until 3.06pm, I didn't want to order too many things at once for fear of having them left over, I don't like wasting food! If, however, the courses had arrived at a suitable time, as in all the other all you can eat restaurants, we would have been able to "adjust" ourselves better, understanding if and how much we still wanted to order on the second or third round, gradually, calmly, without waste. At 3.08pm, after the food had just arrived for just 2 minutes, a waiter also rushes us by telling us that the kitchen is closing...!!...we know, but if you made us wait 1 hour and a quarter and you brought us the dishes 2 minutes ago, it's certainly not our fault! … Maybe the place has too many seats compared to the staff, and they can't handle so many customers.... But the final result was unfortunately terrible! Mediocre food, without infamy and without praise... quite good raw, tempura very greasy and soaked in a lot of oil! The icing on the cake: when we called to find out if there was room, the person who answered the phone told us that on Sundays it costs €16.90 each, but in reality you have to add a good €3 cover charge, so it's €19.90 each, which was deliberately omitted on the phone: from here we should have understood that we were starting off on the wrong foot... for €3 it's better not to make a fool of yourself and tell the truth, we'll find out as soon as we arrive, so what's the point???

24/04/2025: Excellent food we always had a great time tonight the Service waiter who brought the drinks was rude and rude and even raised his voice I unfortunately think we will never return

15/05/2025: The restaurant is located in a very beautiful and relaxing environment, with a terrace directly on the Sile that helps to appreciate the pleasant atmosphere of the beautiful restaurant. The menu is interesting although unfortunately the execution of the dishes and the service have negatively influenced the judgment that I provide. A trio of tartare served without any seasoning, on request we were brought some oil. The dish Spring in Oslo with poached egg was served cold and the green asparagus crudite was modest, while the crunchy carrot chips had lost their crunchiness and predominated the taste of the dish in an unbalanced way. From the order to the arrival of the appetizer, exactly one hour passed. For the second course, as indicated, we waited another thirty minutes. In total two and a half hours for an appetizer, a second course and coffee. The dish Orto e mediterraneo was a portion of an appetizer, there was no chicory but a tuft of valerian. The turbot was good and the wine selection was good. The sign outside the restaurant should have made us suspect some delay, but the reality of the facts unfortunately confirmed that probably more attention should be paid to the timing and preparation of the dishes. The cost could be adequate only if all the dishes served had been as per the menu and with better timing.

03/05/2025: Excellent experience. Very kind and professional staff. Interesting dishes offered (the portions are really worth tasting) average prices. The outdoor terrace overlooking the river is nice although it could be cleaned better (cobwebs fluttering above your head).

19/05/2025: Good restaurant in the adjacent hotel where you can taste traditional Piedmontese food and more... excellent service, good prices too, which are in line with the quality presented.

02/10/2024: I returned after a long time since the last time.....and....everything is always positive.....good service.....top kindness.....cleanliness ok.....I always feel good. Coming back is always a pleasure.
