07/12/2025: Terrible experience. Business dinner. 35 people. ALL MONEY TAKEN UNDER THE TABLE. POS out of service due to technical problems, but coincidentally with a nice printed note hanging in the window. Heating: no service, internal and external temperatures practically the same. Two weeks in advance, specific intolerances and needs were reported. They said not to worry, that they were used to dealing with them. When we got there, there was no menu for lactose intolerant or vegans. They offered lasagna (containing lactose, paccheri with sausage, containing meat, Russian salad containing eggs, and so on) but still said everything would be fine, that the kitchen would do something for us poor unfortunates too. Bruschetta with tomatoes and arugula, paccheri with the same sauce, a plate of frozen vegetables without sauce, and I was even offered polenta, which I was hoping would have a little sauce on top... but instead, it was brought without anything at all, so I sent it back. According to the owner, all this wonderful food should have cost 30 euros. I'm going to say that it seems excessive, and that I would have paid, yes, but ten euros less. Arrogantly, I was told that I didn't understand the effort and the effort (0 effort) and that dinner would be free. My lactose-intolerant colleague fared differently. When he tried to ask for clarification, he received unpleasant remarks about our work (a topic not relevant to the discussion) and was forced to pay 38 euros.
