16/03/2024: Eravamo già stati un paio di anni fa, conto totale per 8 persone euro 120. Oggi per (4 adulti 5 bambini)9 persone euro 300. Qualità prezzo direi proprio di no..... Cibo da mensa i secondi non prendeteli (vergognosi) e gli antipasti euro 15 a persona anche se non li mangiate tutti. Unico piatto veramente buono erano gli agnolotti al sugo di arrosto. Il resto è mangiabile ,finché si pagava poco ok, ma ora a questo prezzo non ci si accontenta.

15/12/2023: I'm sorry to have to report a terrible experience due to what I think was very unfair behavior on the part of the manager towards us. We went to this wine shop thanks to some tasting vouchers obtained with a win in the Galbani competition. I gave the manager three vouchers, each valid for a tasting for two people, but we were served stuff corresponding to only one tasting and not three. Each voucher was worth 18 euros, so they should have served us a total of 53 euros, but instead we were given a tiny platter with two slices of salami, two slices of ham each, two small pieces of cheese each, a handful of taralli and two glasses of prosecco. I think all of this is worth about ten/dozen euros in total. Initially I didn't know what the value of the vouchers was but honestly, for three vouchers, what I received seemed very little to me. Once I discovered the value of the vouchers (by checking the competition rules) and therefore after having established the obvious error, I contacted the wine shop via email but they did not reply despite having written several times and the emails were always received. I also contacted them via their Messenger profile, they viewed what I wrote but did not respond further. I am sorry to see such behavior which at this point I consider to be in bad faith and of no seriousness. I felt scammed and I reserve the right to report this experience even in the places I deem most appropriate.
