01/02/2025: Wide choice of doughs with very high quality flours. The toppings bring out the bases best. I tried the evolutionary one with tomato, anchovies and Taggiasca olives: the slice of pizza is crunchy on the outside, the honeycombed heart melts in the mouth. Wow…wow!!! I can't wait to try some more.
