02/11/2025: I was deeply disappointed by the owner's behavior. While I was still eating at the table, she approached me to scold me, claiming that the waitress (whom she described as "my daughter, by the way") had taken offense at the way I addressed her. The owner, without first asking my side of the story, accused me in a forceful tone, stating that "you don't address a little girl that way." I tried to explain that I had simply asked for breadsticks, finding the bread excessively salty, to the point of irritating my teeth. The waitress's daughter responded: "No one here has complained so far!" When I asked her to check the saltiness, she replied that she has a bread intolerance, and as she left, she began to speak to the staff. The owner denied my observation, tore off a piece of my leftover bread, tasted it, and claimed I was mistaken, still having the basket replaced (as the waitress could have done, without arguing). All this happened after the waitress's daughter had been staring at me from a distance for some time, repeatedly approaching the table, prompting me to ask if she had something to say. She responded to my question with an ironic "Nah, nothing," turning her back on me. Previously, one of the two steaks ordered—requested well-done—had been served medium, as confirmed by the same waiter, who promptly took it back to the kitchen. It then returned to the table completely overcooked. Despite this, we didn't want to complain further. However, for two €25 dishes and treatment that made a dinner I'd been looking forward to for months, on the occasion of my mother's return to Italy, unpleasant, we feel compelled to leave this review. We noticed that 90% of the guests were eating pinsa, not meat. Our advice is to learn to accept criticism and consider serious hotel training on how to handle guests in the event of unexpected events, as well as anxiety management and customer service courses. What happened on Saturday night was unacceptable, and even more disappointing was not even receiving an apology.

18/10/2025: Very spacious. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I don't know if I was unlucky, but I don't recommend the salads. The accompanying focaccia was very good, the fish, though small, wasn't bad, but the salad was overcooked and even black in some places... too bad.

13/11/2025: After looking inside the sandwich after the first bite, I noticed a lot of hair scattered across the meat (due to a rag). The employee didn't feel it was necessary to refund the sandwich, downplaying the seriousness of the incident (the sandwich had been bitten, some hairs had been eaten 🤣🥲). After the intervention of one of her superiors (?), the refund was made and the sandwich was remade.

30/10/2025: Today at 2:00 PM I was served by a very sweet and talented young woman, who smilingly and kindly prepared me a delicious cappuccino. I don't know her name, but she was the only one wearing a black t-shirt. She was very attentive to everyone and to the service with a brilliant demeanor. Although she accepted my compliments with very polite humility, I want to reiterate them. Thank you

13/10/2025: Very nice place with friendly staff, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu is extensive and very well-stocked. The variety of pizzas deserves special mention. Highly recommended for lunch during the week, when you're in a hurry; you're guaranteed a good meal here. Excellent value for money. If I could give more than 5 stars, I'd give it more!

13/10/2025: The staff were THE BEST— super friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs. But what truly stood out was the owner who was just as amazing! Their passion and warmth really made the experience unforgettable I honestly don’t know where to begin to describe how incredible everything was — the food, the service, theatmosphere… it all came together in a way that was just mind-blowing!
