14/01/2025: We stopped by chance at this "bar" for lunch, which also serves as a restaurant, excellent food, two "I Tre Del Piemonte Battuta Di Fassona Tortino Di Tuma E Ravioli Del Plin" and two delicious desserts, excellent glass of wine, very friendly staff and what he can do. Advised!

19/09/2024: I purchased a birthday cake of cream and berries, booked by phone and chosen from those already ready. When it was time to consume it, I realized that the cream tasted old and had the consistency of ricotta, the fruit was still frozen and sour (cake collected at 5pm and consumed at 9pm). The cake probably had at least five days of preparation.
I will never return to this pastry shop and it's a shame for me because I pass by it every day.

Vino prodotto da loro molto buono infatti mi sono fatto un po’ di rifornimento!!

30/11/2024: Posto super consigliato! Gentilezza, cortesia, attenzioni per i clienti. Il mangiare super, delicato ma corposo nel gusto è super digeribile. Onestissimo nei prezzi… Non vi deluderà!
20/10/2024: Pranzo giustamente a menu fisso, considerato il numero elevato dei commensali. Dagli antipasti, ai dolci, al vino è tutto buono, solo da migliorare i tajarin, il sugo l'ho trovato troppo allungato. Il servizio ai tavoli e' preciso, veloce e premuroso. Conto giusto. E' possibile prenotare una delle quattro camere di cui e' dotato l'agriturismo e godersi a pieno Santo Stefano Belbo e dintorni. Consigliamo questo ristorante e vorremmo tornarci, ciao Angela e Sergio

08/11/2024: Cenamos en cuatro restaurantes Michelin de 1 estrella en la zona de Alba, y Guido cobró más euros por la menor cantidad de gramos de trufa blanca. Cuando se les preguntó dijeron que su porción de 70 euros era una porción de 10 gramos.
Habiendo servido 8 - 10 gramos de trufa blanca 1 - 2 veces al día durante los últimos 4 días, a 50 - 60 euros por porción, estimo que la porción en Guido fue de menos de 5 gramos.
En consecuencia, fue la comida cara de nuestros 4 estrellas, y la menos satisfactoria.
29/09/2024: Guido è e rimane un posto indimenticabile, per la location, per la qualità del cibo, per la tradizione e per il servizio. Immergersi nel suo menù della tradizione è ricordare il passato e traguardare il futuro, sperando che certe ricette rimangano indelebili
