28/10/2025: Located just outside Santo Stefano Belbo behind the Santero Vini winery.
It has ample parking and a garden with a large terrace.
The location is very well-kept and charming, the portions are generous and the quality/price ratio is excellent.
All the dishes are beautifully presented and the flavors are exceptional. Like this review if you enjoyed it.
14/10/2025: To say I ate well is an understatement. The reception and waitress were both excellent and very friendly. I highly recommend it for its excellent value.
I'll definitely be back to eat the "bollito" and definitely rent a room.

05/11/2025: Stumbled upon this resto-bar for lunch and had the most delicious, home-cooked food. The staff was kind and helpful and made it an excellent dining experience.
28/10/2025: A very refined and elegant location, excellent quality dishes, and a truly superb wine list.
The entire staff was very professional, attentive, and very polite. Our dinner was truly amazing!
Highly recommended!

01/11/2025: A traditional trattoria, nestled in the Langhe hills. The owner is friendly, approachable, and extremely helpful.
The tasting menu is highly recommended: the trio of amazing appetizers, the exceptional pasta with ragù, and the unique main courses. It's clear that all the ingredients are local and delicious.

09/11/2025: I may be biased, but for me, it's one of the best pizzas I've had in the area. It's good for eating in or taking out. The dough is light and has a nice crust, well-seasoned, and never too dry. Very easy to digest! The food is equally good, everything freshly prepared with quality ingredients. I recommend their tagliata (a thin slice of beef), which is truly delicious. The burgers are also good, incredibly tasty and filling. The service is excellent, and you can tell they're always looking to improve. The restaurant is close to the main square of Santo Stefano, just a stone's throw away. I recommend booking pizzas for takeout in advance, especially on weekends, and if you're with a large group, book a table for dinner. The price is proportionate to what you consume.
19/08/2025: There were six of us there. The service was excellent and helpful. It was relatively dark inside. We had burgers, and you shouldn't expect a traditional burger here. Flat bread with sesame seeds and a pre-made patty. Everything tasted okay, though.

24/06/2025: Che dire mi aspettavo di più da un ristorante stellato
Cibi della tradizione senza alcuna rivisitazione, di qualità eccelsa ma che non stupiscono se non per il prezzo .
Agnolotti di capra squisiti ma 6/7 in tutto; plin al tovagliolo niente da dire, così come il vitello tonnato..
Ma non giustificano questi prezzi se rapportati ai tanti ristoranti di qualità della zona.
Vista stupenda nella cornice del Relais San Maurizio..
Servizio adeguato.
17/06/2025: Todavía estoy desconcertado sobre este restaurante. En cuanto a la comida, nada es malo, pero tampoco nada nos impresionó. ¿Si esto justifica una estrella Michelin? -Lo dudo. En resumen, comida media sobrevalorada. Hay muchas mejores opciones cerca por mucho menos.
El lado positivo es sin duda el servicio atento.

21/07/2025: Posto incantevole proprio sopra Santo Stefano Belbo. La cucina ottima, noi siamo stati domenica a pranzo e il menù ( a prezzo fisso) comprendeva i piatti tipici piemontesi. Vitello tonnato, insalata russa, una entré con frisciule, bresaola e agliata spettacolari, ravioli del plin ai 3 arrosti, taglierini ecc ecc. tutto innaffiato da vino della casa e moscato per il dolce. La gentilezza del personale ti fa sentire davvero a casa come al pranzo della domenica in famiglia. Consigliatossimo!
20/07/2025: Un ristorantino accogliente, pochi tavoli che creano un ambiente tranquillo e poco rumoroso. Si mangiano piatti tipici piemontesi cucinati dalla bravissima Cristina (la domenica menù fisso ad un prezzo ottimo ), gusti delicati, portate servite a vassoio da personale garbato, piacevole e sorridente.
Assolutamente da provare!!!
